Repaired section of 15 mm pipework to garden tap all tested. Called company as an emergency call out. Impressed with their service and will definitely use them again.

Replaced tap revivers to cure dripping tap. Adjusted thermostat on immersion heater as it was too hot. Completed work at short notice at a convenient time for me. Friendly, helpful & was able to provide good, easy to understand advice.

Emergency pipe repair. Had a leaking pipe on a Sunday night, and I knew no-one in the area. Found the website and spoke with Tim, and he agreed to come out that night at 9pm. Other firms I contacted started off with ''Sunday rates''!
Job completed promptly, quote was the cheapest around. Would definitely recommend.

Emergency call out – leak in bathroom on 1st floor, dripping through ceiling on ground floor. Great response time, very efficient service. Very happily use again – friendly but professional service.

Boiler had stopped working, pressure had dropped, this was an emergency callout. TSM came immediately even though it was the middle of the night. They explained everything and how to cope with future problems; we only paid after we were happy with the job.

We had to call out a plumber in an emergency (burst pipe). He was out within a hour and was very efficient. The price charged was what was quoted on the phone and was very reasonable. I would definitely use TSM Plumbing & Heating in the future.
