This was our first time to use TSM, whom we found through the Trusted Trader scheme. We asked Tim to investigate problems with our 20+ year old shower and to replace the cartridges in our kitchen mixer tap. Unsurprisingly, the shower internals were worn and had suffered from hard water damage; Tim was able to source a replacement kit for these and returned later to fit these. His work is neat and tidy, his advice is honest and reliable and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

This company gave me an acceptable quote for restoring my hot water system. Tim replaced two immersion heater elements quickly and efficiently. Checked water was running properly and through taps, Left my property neat and tidy and removed all the debris.

A leak behind the back of the sink unit was never going to be an easy fix. The engineer from TSM had to cut a hole in the back board of the unit to identify where the leak was coming from. After carefully doing so he replaced the leaking pipe and the stopcock just for good measure. The engineer was a pleasant person to have in the house, didn't make a fuss and cleaned up on completion. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending TSM.

The work was completed with no fuss and we had an honest evaluation. We left it wide open to have additional investigation to be completed which would have cost more but he was honest and told us it wasn’t needed and that goes a long way with us. We would use him again

Nothing worse than a blocked drain. The phone was answered promptly, an appointment arranged, we were called to update on his arrival. He quickly assessed the situation and resolved it. Same day service.

We had discussed the possibility of the camera being needed for survey purposes, but he was honest and said that this was not needed and was confident the root was the main cause, saving 50 pounds off the bill. Not all workman are that honest so it really makes you feel good to find a truly trusted trader.

Freed stop valve that was isolating water supply to Dishwasher, checked other stop valves and made sure dishwasher was working. Came out same day, very fast and efficient service.

Replace waste system under kitchen sink. Contacted Tim on Friday afternoon- He replied quickly and I sent a photo of the waste system. He texted me his quote over the weekend. Came on Tuesday morning.

Work done to a high standard and no leaks and more. Conscientious and careful workman, tidy too, top job.

Unblock drain from utility The young man was very considerate and respectful towards my 90 yr old father, and cleaned an extra drain "to be on the safe side".
