Answered my query quickly, and gave a good quote.
Came and fitted a new shower bar and bath taps for us for a reasonable price and it was all sorted within a few days of me messaging.
Will definitely use again if we have any other issues, and happy to recommend.

A leak behind the back of the sink unit was never going to be an easy fix. The engineer from TSM had to cut a hole in the back board of the unit to identify where the leak was coming from. After carefully doing so he replaced the leaking pipe and the stopcock just for good measure. The engineer was a pleasant person to have in the house, didn't make a fuss and cleaned up on completion. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending TSM.

The work was completed with no fuss and we had an honest evaluation. We left it wide open to have additional investigation to be completed which would have cost more but he was honest and told us it wasn’t needed and that goes a long way with us. We would use him again

Nothing worse than a blocked drain. The phone was answered promptly, an appointment arranged, we were called to update on his arrival. He quickly assessed the situation and resolved it. Same day service.

We had discussed the possibility of the camera being needed for survey purposes, but he was honest and said that this was not needed and was confident the root was the main cause, saving 50 pounds off the bill. Not all workman are that honest so it really makes you feel good to find a truly trusted trader.

Replace waste system under kitchen sink. Contacted Tim on Friday afternoon- He replied quickly and I sent a photo of the waste system. He texted me his quote over the weekend. Came on Tuesday morning.

Unblock drain from utility The young man was very considerate and respectful towards my 90 yr old father, and cleaned an extra drain "to be on the safe side".

Examination of leaking valve on shower. Water supply isolated and both valves and mesh filters for shower bar found to be clean. Only source of leak was loose nut. Plumber reinstalled system and tested joints; no defect. This was a simple job in the end, but it was necessary to examine the parts in detail to reassure me. It was all done completely. I was particularly pleased that the plumber arrived within the 1/2 hours window he specified.
