Find why basement shower not clearing & light – well flooded, found blocked drain. TSM (Tim) was a pleasure to deal with polite & informative over the phone. He was punctual & wore on ID badge that was clearly visible. He worked hard & obviously knew what he was doing the cleaned up before he left & gave me correct papering.

No hot water to shower. Very pleasant guy who carried out the repair in a quick efficient manner. I will definitely use his plumbing services in the future.

Finding cause of severe knocking in pipes & poar water flow. Replaced tap. Colin of TSM was responsive & helpful. He investigated thoroughly, talked me through the problem & solutions. He fixed the problem on first visit but returned the following day (Saturday) at no extra cost & replace the provisional tap heads with matching ones.

Remove pipework, replace joints and pipework which was concreted in by previous owner, due to leaking sewage waste water. Would recommend to anyone, and is nice these days to trust that the work is done well and what I think is good value. Thank you and I’m sure we will see you soon, but not too soon, hopefully. This is the 3rd time, we have used.

Clearing pipe work to septic tank. Friendly staff. Work carried out without fuss and completed to a good standard. Staff member talked through finding & next course of action required. Price adjusted as not able to do all work planned due to broken pipes.

Removed main stop valve and replaced inner reviver, re-installed and tested. Tim got held up on his previous job but phoned to say he would be late. A very polite, hard working man, sorted out the problem despite a couple of unexpected problems for which he did not charge extra.

A new kitchen mixer tap & fault with water in bathroom. I found this firm fantastic. Very reasonable priced. The men that came to us was very polite. I will always use this firm from how on.
