I had a telephone call to say engineer would be delayed. This was helpful to know. I was pleased with service fault found and ensured machine working OK before he left.

Albeit a relatively simple drain clearance the work was fantastic considering: it was Xmas hols and I had a houseful of people. Drain cleared and toilet back in use!!
