I had a telephone call to say engineer would be delayed. This was helpful to know. I was pleased with service fault found and ensured machine working OK before he left.

Albeit a relatively simple drain clearance the work was fantastic considering: it was Xmas hols and I had a houseful of people. Drain cleared and toilet back in use!!

Excellent service from TSM. Have used him once before and no hesitation in using him again. The leak I had was a major problem for me as I was about to leave my house so he came the same day fixed it. He tidied up & helped me nail some board which wasn’t in his job.
