Change saniflo W.C to normal type, install pipe from WC to join new pipe from sink outlet to main junction. Replace earthenware pipe with plastic, after removing paving and excavating covert infil. Thanks good paving. Firm very amenable to delaying work until after drive made and to doing it at warmer time of year!

Workmen very helpful and friendly and explained why some extra work would to needed because not advisable to ta[ into existing earthenware pipe.

Did seem counter productive to put all excavation waste into canvas lift bag and then jibe at collection fee. Sending member of workforce to shovel it into his van.

Fee of £1600 for the additional work seemed high in comparison with quote for £825 GBP for the basic work.

Fitting a new shower (bought separately) Office staff and plumber were polite and helpful.
New shower works very well and any marks from old shower were filled in to improve appearance of the area.

Roof felt hole repair. Lifted roof tile battens and sets installed. Replacement roofing felt to where hole is up to 2 square meters. Refitted roof tiles battens and roof tiles also re-flaunched chimney pots as required - repointed ridge 2 meter as required. Work done as required. Very pleased with work done. Used them before.

Roof felt hole repair - two men attended to make safe working access to roof using access equipment removed and set aside roofing tiles to where hole in felt is located, lifted roof tiles batters and set aside, installed replaced roofing felt to where hole is up to 2 square meters, chimney pot re-flanched chimney pot as required replace ridge tiles repointed ridge as required. Job well done thank you.

Convert brick shed and cupboard into downstairs loo and wet room. Tile whole area install shower,
toilet, sink, curtain and rail and floor. All work men were polite helpful, cleaned up after them. The work was of a very high standard. Highly recommend them. They are coming back to decorate, hall, landing etc at later date.

Chop out and replace 35 old Norfolk red bricks to 4 different areas. Re-bricked and pointed to same style as existing, with sand, cement, lime mortar. A good friendly, efficient service.

Replace ball-cock in loft tank. Very short notice repair to replace ball cocks valve in loft tank. I was very happy with the work which was thorough and professional.

Replace fence gate and top line of brickwall. Also removal of hedge. Work at a high standard and completed very quickly.

Two people cleaned gutters front and rear patch repair to front, resealed area with CT-1 temporary repair. Guarantee not applied as repair temporary.

Re wire garage Very good job

1. Rear back-door of lobby-replace wooden to attend to cracking frame UPVC / adjoining brickwork.

I've not had this type of work done before so i can't comment on values.

Robert & Russel who did the worth (excluding the painting) were excellent & I couldn't fault them at all.

The finish of the paint work was a little disappointing but overall a good job.

Prepare wooden surrounds to windows for decoration, applied paint and varnish where applicable.

Apply 1 coat of white undercoat and one coat of white gloss externally to the conservatory windows, door and frame and side vertical boarding. Very satisfactory job in every aspect.
