Three maintenance jobs including guttering and decorating (which included electrical work). We have used Property First Maintenance on three pieces of work in the last several months. We have found the firm to be highly dependable. The staff are punctual and professional and all work is completed to a high standard. We are happy to give them a strong recommendation to anyone needing a property maintenance firm.

Removed internal walls, moved wiring and light switches, fitted new skirting boards Very approachable, quoted and sent an estimate for the work promptly and communicated well regarding dates for work to commence and be completed.

Work was well done. Where one part of electrical trunking was broken they noticed then arranged a date to return and replace this without us needing to ask.

Taking out a door and window between kitchen and utility room and replacing with a new internal half glazed door and window. Finishing off surround, replacing tiles and threshold.

They did an excellent job putting in a new internal door and window in our kitchen. No trouble to arrange to have the door specially made to match existing doors. Men were professional, helpful and dedicated and cleaned up every day. Also had a fascia board repaired to the same high standard. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Replacement of old guttering and fascia with new. They were very helpful and informative and happy to answer any questions regarding methods and construction.
I never felt under any pressure to accept the quote at any time or to pay on completion.
All the staff were pleasant from start to finish and the quality control was prompt to respond to any queries.

Interior door altered to open to left instead of right as enter room Prompt response to my initial enquiry, soon came out to give quote, very professional. Initially I asked for quote for putting up grab rails in addition to other work. Quote for this was disproportionately high so I got that done elsewhere. Confirming I wanted the other work done was very easy. Workman arrived on time and with everything he needed. Pleasant, efficient. I''m pleased with the work. The only negative point was slight damage to a wall and skirting board when the door fell over during the work. The workman partially filled the holes with what I assume is an appropriate material but the surface is not level and the damage is clearly visible, hence the lower mark for ''Tidy''. On the whole, though, I''m very pleased with the service and would use this company again. Price of £392.40 covers work, materials and VAT.

Our guttering was cleaned of all debris/moss from high and low level plus the gutters were cleaned externally.
The job was done very efficiently and professionally by Shaun.
He left everything clean and tidy and we thought it was a good job well done.
It took him over 4 hours of hard work so the price was reasonable.

Fitted a fire door to comply with regulations. Repaired and made good a door frame. Replaced door bars throughout. Excellent job at a reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

Re-paint the front part of the house, involving scaffolding to three storeys. Then painting some areas of the inside of the of the house to rectify extensive stain left behind after the storms in February 2020. Re-lay areas of the roof fibreglass.
The whole work was carried out by the same to two craftsmen, both of whom we liked. The work was completed to our satisfaction, and to the quoted budget.

We would definitely use Property 1st. (Maintenance) Ltd. again.

Very friendly and professional

We had a leaking gutter joint and Nick quickly and efficiently dealt with the problem and we now have a non leaking gutter! Although we had a small job done, there was no delay in organising a visit to deal with the leaking gutter.
We were impressed by Nick''s professionalism and have now asked them to do a much larger gutter cleaning job for us.
