The labourer worked very hard digging a trench on an extremely hot day and completed the work without complaints. The site was left clean and tidy when the work was completed.

Outside Tap It was straight forward from start to finish. We sent an initial enquiry to the website which was answered quickly. We heard from Nick who could visit to assess and give us a quote for the works which he did.

A date for the works were booked in within two weeks of Nick''s visit. We are very satisfied with the works (an outside tap) which have been carried out. It has made a difference to us, thank you.

Fence post replaced and fence panel fixed Very happy with the level of service and work carried out. It could look expensive, but the amount of time and graft involved was surprising! Wouldn''t have managed it myself.

Gutter repairs, re-painting painting Excellent work. Russell and Paul were hard working, polite and friendly.

Bathroom - replacing pipe casing under wash hand basin with new pine tongue and groove boarding. Excellent result and good finish - one side giving access to water meter and stopcock. Magnetic catch.

Plumbing.Fixed leak under kitchen sink waste and traps all seals perished Replaced with new and tested Cleared blocked drain with rods and debris removed ,Tested on completion and left free flowing, Wayne was very efficient a pleasure to have in our home ,explained to us what was wrong ,came when he said he would and very tidy Would definitely use this service again Highly reccomend.A very happy customer .

Roofing repair, new felt and re-tiling. We found the repair work was explained very well. The timing was difficult, Bad weather kept delaying commencement. However once work began,everything went very smoothly, the workforce was courteous and unobtrusive as possible and did an excellent job as far as we can tell. We''re very happy with the outcome and would happily use them again in the future.

To replace wooden cladding. They were good. Kept us informed when weather delays occurred out door with in November to he expected.

Remove ceiling and replace paint walls and ceiling. All very professional and helpful.

To replace taps in kitchen and bathroom Wayne is very professional. He works quietly and efficiently.

To install wet room. The work was finished to a high standard. The team was most helpful and I was delighted with the wetroom when finished.

Emergency callout - attended same day.
Hot water pipe leak under the concrete floor where the kitchen sink unit is dug up concrete floor to expose damaged pipe. Cut out and replaced damaged pipe. Returned 2 days late( to allow drying out process) to replace concrete flooring and confirm no further leakage. When we discovered the water leak we first called our home owners-'emergency breakdown'
They told us the plumber would be with us the following day. He turned up 17 1/2 hrs later and told us he didn't have the tools to do the job. Our owners failed to get back to us and when we chased them they said 'get your own plumber (2 days after we found the leak). We called property 1st they told us a plumber would be with us within 2 hrs. Wayne duly arrived in that space of time. He was very professional and completed the job within 20 minutes. Also replaced a sized stop valve on the cold water tank, So we can now turn off the waters. All our worries resolved by the help given by property 1st. Looking forward and feeling confident in contacting the company for much other needed work around our property in the future.

Guttering to summer house. Paul has done 2/3 Jobs for us. Always provides the service we expect from property 1st

Repairs to chimney replacing top 3 layers of brickwork and repairing lead flashing at base of chimney. I am happy with the way the work was carried out. All appointments made were punctual.
