Blocked off door between lounge & kitchen, re plastered and made good. Also small repair to roof. Very pleased with end result initially received prompt attention. Kept to time limits. Workers respected your home during the job.

Replacing cracked and broken tiles and replacing perished waterproof and felting in a gully area of roof. The roofer who did the work was very pleasant polite and appreciative. He was easy to talk with and discuss his work. Everything was cleaned up and there was no mess left behind in drive.

Replacing broken sash cord in window. Replacing worm roofing felt. Repairing lead work on roof. I am so ignorant about building work and repairs but feel I can trust property 1st to advice and carry out the work.

Roof repair. As expected, I didn’t get any other quotes so can not compare cost. It is difficult to get companies to deal with small repairs, so well done to property.
