There was ingress of water from an area round a velux window. The tiles and ridge tiles had to be removed from the roof surrounding the window and the area refelted and made water tight.
When the surveyor first came to assess the job, he explained what the problem was and what would be required to fix it. I received an electronic quotation for the work and an estimation of the time before work could commence.
The workmen that came were polite, friendly and professional. They did a thorough job and took photos at various stages through the work so I could see what had caused the problem in the first place and what they had don to remedy it. I found this really helpful and reassuring.
I am very happy with the work that has been done.

Three maintenance jobs including guttering and decorating (which included electrical work). We have used Property First Maintenance on three pieces of work in the last several months. We have found the firm to be highly dependable. The staff are punctual and professional and all work is completed to a high standard. Work was well done. Where one part of electrical trunking was broken they noticed then arranged a date to return and replace this without us needing to ask.

They did an excellent job putting in a new internal door and window in our kitchen. No trouble to arrange to have the door specially made to match existing doors. Men were professional, helpful and dedicated and cleaned up every day. Also had a fascia board repaired to the same high standard. Would not hesitate to recommend.
