Property 1st (Maintenance) Limited

Needed an awkwardly placed tile replaced after wind took it down. Price was around £300 cheaper than price given by another local contractor.
Workers turned up promptly and work was undertaken quickly and efficiently.
Communications with company were good from start to finish.

Property 1st were excellent! They tried to save us money by suggesting simple solutions we could try before they came out. Then came and solved the problem immediately within an hour!

Efficient work done to time

Front door step installed with railings for better access and a railing installed for rear steps to improve safety.
Work was done promptly and executed well. communication was excellent throughout and adjustments were made to ensure the fitting was right for us.
We have used Property First before and we knew they always do a good job.

Loft insulated and two damp walls treated . Very reliable firm and tidy workers. No complaints from them about the amount of stuff they had to move to access the rafters.

Loft insulated and boards down for a good storage area and walkway. And removed old pipe that goes through the loft and reroute extractor pipe.

We had trickle vents put into 3 windows in our property to help with condensation.
This course of action was recommended and was duly carried out to our satisfaction.

I needed a new oven so a kitchen unit had to be moved to allow more space for a better selection. The workman was prompt, tidy, careful and the job was done exactly as i wanted.
I have also had a large tv taken down with its bracket, with new ones put in place which I provided. Again the workmen were careful, considerate and made sure i was happy with what they did .

We had our 50 year old bathroom turned into a wet room to better suit our needs. The transformation is amazing. From Nick coming to quote to Sean washing his muddy footprints off the floor at the end the process was smooth and well orchestrated, they came exactly when they said they would and the customer service has been excellent. We would certainly use them again. They did an excellent job in what were difficult circumstances.

Following a recent incident in which a car accidentally scraped the corner of my house, several bricks needed replacing. This required the temporary installation of a short acro prop and strong boy to be installed above the bricks which needed replacing, the removal of the damaged bricks and the installation of the new bricks (not quite 20) and mortar, before the removal of the temporary support, just over a week later. Property 1st did a very professional job, which was actually better than I had anticipated. They were punctual and professional and completed it in the expected time and their communication was good. I would certainly recommend them.
