Bedroom was plastered and redecorated. New radiators fitted in two rooms. The first time we have used Property First, they were recommended by a friend.

This company have been my saviour. They are trustworthy and reliable. I do not know what I would do without them.

Property 1st supplied, fitted and painted a replacement fire door between the house and the garage. The two workers were considerate given that they had to work with the garage and door open. We were fully consulted on a couple of small issues where the original specification needed review in light of the actual situation.

Everything was done in a timely and efficient manner in repairing a leaking soffit.

Access was difficult because of a built-on conservatory so the scaffolding had to straddle this to gain access to the problem area.

However we won't really know how effective the repairs have been until it rains again, but we feel sure the problem has been resolved.
