Good communication and friendly, skilled tradesmen. Flat roofing replaced and flashed into brickwork. Also a leak round the house chimney required new roof felt and lead flashing soakers then relaying of battens and tiles.

Severely stress tested by stormy weather the day after the work and everything was as dry as a bone !

I was very impressed with the professionalism of all involved, from the project director to the actual people on-site. The job was carried out when they said it would be and they kept us well informed, and explained everything that was done. Highly recommended

An exterior duct needed to be replaced for an extractor fan. It had been broken by a storm and was in an awkward place so a cherry picker was required. They responded to my initial enquiry quickly and visited us promptly. The written quotation was sent to us the next day. We accepted it and a date was agreed for the work to be done. The day was changed because of a bad weather warning. On the day they arrived early and the work was completed within the hour. The guys who did the work were friendly and polite. Overall Property 1st left a very positive impression. I would have liked the work to be cheaper but It was my choice to accept their quote. I did not get more then one quote as i wanted the work to be done quickly. I was concerned of further damage if another storm occurred

We had a new window put into our kitchen. There was no natural light in the kitchen due to an extension put in by the previous owner.
From our first contact with Property 1st we were impressed with their professionalism and knowledge about the works that needed to be completed. The tradesmen who came to do the work arrived early and worked through methodically. There was very little dust or dirt in the main part of the bungalow.
Ricky stayed to complete the window fit and plastered and completed the decoration. What really impressed me was the pride they took in their work.

Repair to the the roof adjoining a chimney. Work was undertaken on the scheduled date and scaffolding removed a day later.

We had some roof repairs done, which included needing to have some scaffolding erected on our neighbour's land. Everything was done in a very friendly and professional way.
