Bleaned out and worked all gutters and fascias. Very pleased with the work that was done. This included replacing tiles in some very awkward places.

Repairing guttering a house and garage. Small job but responded promptly to the enquiry and arranged to do work quickly. Other firms I sent enquiries to did not even respond.
Suggested the possible work but was very clear that it was cosmetic and the repair was completely functional, not pushy and I didn't feel here was any attempt to sell further work I didn't need, just an explanation of my options. Friendly and professional so would recommend.

Check guttering joint for persistent leakage. Mr Sayer was well equipped.
He diagnosed the problem - the gutter had become disconnected - fixed it and tested it by pouring water into the gutter.
He was efficient and professional.

Replace all gutter and down pipes.
Cut away damaged roof felt and replace with plastic eaves strip.
Replace bird comb under tiles. Matthew advised me which guttering to buy and recommended the plastic eaves strip to replace my leaving gutters.
On the agreed work day they discovered an additional product-bird comb-was needed and were able to source and fit that as well so the whole job was completed in less than one day.
Not sure about the singing, but the work was completed very efficiently and the site left tidy. Very pleased!
