Gutter bracket/junction replacement. I already had a very positive experience into it (work at 18 Harvey Lane, NR7), so was confident of a good approach and outcome. Was delighted that initiative taken and work completed before I arrived at the address at pre-arranged time. The operative’s attitude is ultra positive and a real asset.
