Mr. Sayer was very helpful in locating the source of our leaking roof, even recommending where to get replacement tiles, which was over and above requirements for the work he was assigned to do.

Michael responded quickly to my call and came to look at the gutter the next day. He explained the work to be done then & there, as well as the cost. He came on time, the following day to complete the work. This was done quickly, neatly and to a good standard. He was very friendly and was happy to answer questions. An invoice was given but no breakdown. No guarantee but he said to call if there were any problems. We were happy.

Replaced part of guttering (cost) on grade II listed property. Mr. Sayer arrived promptly, confirmed what he required to do the work, collected relevant parts from city returned & completed job.

Cleaning of gutters. Job incomplete - said he could not get to all areas although I did say he could gain access from next door. I asked for garage gutters to be cleaned but he said he didn't have time but he was on site maximum 15 minutes only. Altogether-too rushed.

Cleared gutters of leaves etc. He arrived promptly and completed the work quickly. As two of the downpipes were clear the final bill was lower than the estimate. He identified some roofing work that was needed & recommend another trusted trader. A very pleasant person & will use him again.

Check & clean guttering as required. Job entailed more than was thought so full repositioning of guttering was needed. This was done to a high standard in the snow with friendly and helpful service.
