Canary Guttering

Replaced fascias,soffits,gutters and down pipes to three sides of property. Mathew and his team worked hard over two days to complete the job well within the time scheduled. Very pleased with the end result and the repair to some existing guttering was attended to with success. The larger skip hired,proved very useful over the weekend!

Replacement of gutter and fascia on back of terraced house. Removable of unused boiler flue from wall and bricking up resulting hole in wall.
350.00 gutter etc.
336.00 scaffold. We found a damp patch in the top corner of our bedroom, called canary guttering who came out the next day and confirmed that the gutter was leaking.
Due to conservatory roof scaffolding was needed and this was all arranged for us. On agreed day the next week scaffolding arrived, erected gutter and fascia replaced, old due removed (Matthew kindly offered to do this), everything tidied up scaffolding removed - all in 4 hours. Very happy with work.

Guttering assessed and cleared. Didn''t know if the guttering needed replacing, repairing or cleaning. Matthew gave me a price for clearing then checked it over, saw it was blocked and cleared it then and there. I asked for a replacement price in case it needed doing in the future as it is all very old and he gave me a price for that too.
It hasn''t rained yet but there was certainly a lot of dirt which came out of the gutter and pipe. The whole thing was quick and easy and I wished I''d got round to calling them before.

Replacement guttering. Work done as discussed to a high standard. Guttering was tested that evening with heavy rain and no leaks! Hurray.

Cladding, Soffits and guttering to cattery. Work done to an excellent standard, on time and without any disruption/fuss. Really pleased.

Gutter cleaning.

Replace facile above front window to stop water ingress. House looks very good with replacement facile. Work was completed very efficiently and area was left clean and tidy.

Cleaned out all guttering and secured loose section. Have used this firm before as they always provide a good service at a reasonable price.
Turned up when stated and offered good advice.

Repairing guttering joints. I don't remember how much it cost ( I forgot to fill in the form straight away) but I remember I thought it was very reasonable.

Replace guttering and downpipe, rear of property examine blocked downpipe and excavate to soak away if required. Clean all other gutters. Excellent work. On time, clean and polite. Would certainly use again.

Repair leaking gutter.

Clean and repair, where necessary, gutter, fascia boards, clean window frames and doors. Arrived on time and started work promptly. Very satisfied with the completed job friendly and efficient.
