We have used Castle Electrical Services several times now, for checking out wiring on flats we were thinking of buying, and changing some lights in the flat we did eventually buy. They replied promptly to my messages, turned up on time to do the work, and left the place clean. They also provide a certificate to prove the work has been done to an acceptable standard - useful if you plan to sell or rent out at a later date. I do not consider their charges to be excessive and will most certainly be using the company for any further electrical work we need done in the future. Very happy with them, and glad I found them.

We needed a replacement LED Batten light for the kitchen and a replacement pullcord switch in the bedroom. Mr Wilson gave us helpful information about what products were available and told us when someone would come.The workman came as promised and punctually. He was pleasant to deal with and did the work efficiently. He answered our questions about types of lighting we might consider elsewhere in the house. He cleared away all the rubbish before leaving.

Castle Electrical is my go to electrician for all electrical work. I find John reliable, knowledgeable and good value for money. He has done large and small jobs at my home for years. The most recent being a blown light switch which he replaced and checked my whole system too.

Work carried out: install new ceiling downlighters and replacing other ceiling lights; installing additional sockets; moving a light switch; replacing the consumer unit (fuse box); testing my electrical system.

The proprietor, John, responded to my initial enquiry the same day and came round to see what work I needed several days later. He made valuable suggestions about choosing light fittings. We agreed the start date and work started as planned. I am very pleased with Castle Electricals' attention to detail, and making good areas of plasterwork after chasing. They are timely, methodical, tidy and reliable.

John responded to my initial enquiry very quickly and provided a comprehensive quotation. The work was carried out over a period of time that suited us and the team were very accommodating/understanding. John and James were professional at all times and completed the work (new fuse box/partial re-wire) to a very high standard.

I contacted castle Electrical Services to replace some extractor fans that hey had fitted years ago at a rental property we had. They looked back at their records to let me know what was installed previously and gave me a quote to do the job. Once I gave the go ahead they liaised with the tenant to arrange a suitable install date then did the job. All in all the whole process was done in about a week which was ideal when you have tenants.

I would thoroughly recommend them and will use them again.
