We have used Castle Electrical for quite a lot of our electrical works required in our businesses. John and his team are always very prompt to reply, quote and then ultimately under take the work.

Over a period of 20 years we have always used John for our domestic electrical work. This was for checking and repairing the full wiring system for our Victorian house in Norwich including issue of a safety certificate. Also for our current house where he replaced the fuse box unit for a later RDA unit, made lighting/circuit improvements and recently the power warning light on the sewerage processing plant.
He is totally reliable, charming, has a pride in his work and that of his team and his prices are very fair. Excellent.

We contacted Castle Electrical Services when we needed an electrician to fit our new cooker, after the supplier's fitters found various reasons they couldn't do it. They were very helpful and managed to fit us in at quite short notice during the busy period before Christmas. The electrician who came was professional and friendly. He arrived on time and did the work efficiently and speedily. We will be using them again to update our out-of-date consumer unit in the New Year. Highly recommended.

Replacing a defunct neon light unit in pantry. I contacted John on a Sunday, received a response on the Monday and the work was completed on the following Friday. Excellent service.

The work was the installation of a replacement, upgraded consumer unit and an additional power circuit to one room in the house. The new consumer unit was installed to replace the outdated 19 years old unit which no longer conformed to current electrical standards. The benefits of upgrading some of the circuit trip switches were clearly explained to me, as was the additional cost of doing so. I was pleased that the original date for installation was readily changed at my request and the work was done promptly on the deferred date with no delay between the start of the job and completion. I am totally satisfied with this work by Castle Electrical and I shall have no hesitation in choosing them again.

Absolutely amazing service from castle electrical services very happy, replaced an outside light which was supposed to be straight forward but wasn’t, needed an extra switch and cables fitted to get the light working! I had a few things wired in by Castle recently and I'm very happy with the job. Someone was able to come out quickly after I requested a quote and surveyed the site really well, offering different ideas and solutions to what needed doing. When I'd accepted the quote, it wasn't long before someone was available to complete the work. The work was completed quickly and everything tidied up afterwards. Full NICIEC certification was provided on completion. I would definitely recommend Castle and would call them again if anything else is required in future.

Came and fitted an outside sensor light that we supplied, also tested the circuits and supplied a certificate for the work. John was prompt and polite with all his communication and was able to fit us in very soon. James was also very able and efficient at his work and left everything very tidy. Thanks

New shower installation. Excellent customer service from booking the initial call and quote through to the installation and billing. Very professional and friendly engineer, James, came at the time promised, worked quickly and efficiently, and tidied everything away when he was finished. Absolutely 5 star service. I definitely recommend and will use again in the future.
