Install new electrical cooker point, replace 2 double sockets, change 29 halogen bulbs for LED’s. Very pleased with the whole experience, from initial visit and quote to the work being carried out and communication along the way.

I have used this company 5 or 6 times in the last two years for work in my home and for rental properties. They are consistently good.

Twice we have had flats inspected by Castle Electrical Services Ltd for safety. We have twice needed to have flats inspected for the state of the electrics prior to purchase. The first one was found wanting, everything was explained clearly in the report which was sent to us, with supporting photographs. The estimated cost of making the flat safe was explained, but we were not planning to completely rewire a place after buying, so we did not proceed with that purchase.
The second flat was found satisfactory, again a comprehensive report was supplied, which is what we will need as landlords to rent it out.
On both occasions the appointment for the inspection was arranged swiftly so we did not have to wait for results. The company dealt with the estate agents on both occasions.
When I have needed to communicate with Castle Electrics, they have responded swiftly.

Electrical Installation Condition Report and PAT testing of a large number of domestic appliances The work was competitively priced by John Wilson of Castle Electrical who explained what work he would do and how long it would take. The final invoice reflected the initial quotation and there were no surprises. The work was completed at a time/date convenient to us.Castle Electrical arrived as promised. When the work was being carried out we identified some more appliances that needed PAT testing at another property. John Wilson was happy to visit that property even though it was not in the initial specification for the work.
