Replaced hard wired connection cable on inset electric oven for a longer/more suitable length,thus making the appliance safe to use. Contacted Castle Electrical Services via email upon discovering connection cable from inset cooker oven to wall socket was dangerously short in length and asked for quote to replace with longer length connection cable. Received a quick and courteous reply. Amount quoted was competitive so arranged for them to do the job. Contractor, Eddi, turned up bang on the agreed date/time and was very polite and courteous. Despite the existing wiring setup in the wall, Eddi successfully managed to strip out the existing wiring and replaced it with a suitably longer section of cable, reconnected and tested the cooker, fuse box, gas and electricity boxes and left the site clean and tidy. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Castle Electrical Services, and we will definitely be using again in future.

Carry out full electrical inspection on 3 bed semi-detached house. Repeat work of rectifying faults found and improvements required. John is a likeable easy going chap. He arrived on time, kept me appraised exactly of his work for the day and was very considerate in getting his work completed around other workmen in the property.

Fitted a new bedroom LED light fitting. Unit supplied by me. The job was a simple connection job which I preferred to be carried out by a professional, and the job was completed to my satisfaction.

Replace light switch Very happy with work and company who called to advise when electrician would arrive very prompt and professional. will both use again and recommend.

1) Install chimney-style kitchen extractor fan supplied by customer.
2) Purchase and install bathroom extractor fan.
3) Test and issue minor works certificate. John was very helpful from first contact via email. He gave advice on chasing an extractor unit that would replace the existing fitting. There was a mix-up ever start date for which John accepted responsibility and apologised. The fitter was prompt, efficient, and very courteous. Would definitely use Castle Electrical Services again.
