Came to sort out a sudden power failure. Replaced a long florescent tube and fittings tested whole circuit – ok. John has become a good and reliable friend over the years.

Work was for PAT testing – this year 3 additional items. As the old cost was pointed out as £2.00 per item which would have been an increase to the cost by £18.00 so agreed to maintain cost. This year at £54.00 (plus VAT).

Several minor rectifications e.g. a new outside PIR, bonding an earth, replacing 2 non-working lamps. The tradesman was efficient and courteous. The estimate was reasonable and I am employing him for further works.
