Happy with product but instructions for installing were unclear and understated the difficulty. Mine were large double doors but it was physically impossible to lift into position with 2 people as shown/recommended. As a result of poor instructions mistakes wee made and parts were broken . When I ordered new parts the person who took my order knew exactly what had happened so it is obviously not the first time!!

Supply only 4.8 meter brown roller door The door actually arrived earlier than expected which I was very pleased about. I fitted the door myself and the instructions were very easy to follow and the job was completed without any problems. The only comment I would make is that the straps attaching the door to the roller seem to be not as strong as they could be and I''ve had two fail where the plastic has snapped where it attached to the aluminium profile that slides into the top slat.

The door operates really well and I am very happy that I chose Rollerdor to supply it. The service so far has been very good.

Electric roller garage door installation including removal of existing garage door and wood frame. The whole process was pretty straightforward and clear.
All my calls were quickly answered and professionally dealt with. The confirmatory emails were less impressive, eg the first one gave a different time slot for survey to the one agreed by phone, resulting in the need for me to call again and be told that the original verbally agreed time slot was correct and to ignore the email.
Once the door was ordered, it was installed on the date given. The firms own installers completed the removal of the old door and the install of the new within 2 hours.
They then spent some time with me explaining how to operate the door and some useful do’s and don’ts.
I’m very pleased with the door and would definitely recommend them to friends/family.

Supply & deliver roller shutter garage door for double garage. I installed the door myself. This is the second garage door I have had from Rollerdor. Very pleased with the first and I expect the second to be every bit as good. The door is very good quality and it was delivered on time.

I installed both doors myself in order to keep costs down. The instructions for installation, in all honesty could do with some updating. In places they are not clear and in one instance at least just plain wrong.

However, if you get stuck with the instructions (as I did) they have some excellent staff available on the phone who are polite and patient and they guide you through the process.

Double garage roller door installed Nothing much to say as work was carried out speedily and without any disruption.
Door has only been installed for four weeks so can’t yet comment on longevity but to date no problems and performs as expected.

Repairs have been carried out by Rollerdor Ltd.to our 5 metre wide roller door on several occasions, though the original installation was by others.On various visits they have replaced the original motor and have replaced the straps on the door panels. Also they have provided aerosol paint to match exactly the original colour of the door. I have found the company to be reliable,competent and prompt. They explained the origin of the breakdown and replaced the parts as agreed. Further the call out fees are considerably less than the original supplier.
I would unreservedly commend the company for repairs to roller doors.

Being an experienced DIY''er it was a very satisfying project to undertake although the instructions had a few unclear comments but nothing I couldn''t figure out. The best advice is to take your time and make sure you have a day free ahead of you. I managed to get the old door out and the new one installed in about half a day with a little bit of tweaking the next morning.
I wouldn''t hesitate to recommend Rollerdor and would certainly have no problem with ordering again if my situation required their services.
