I am very disappointed with the fitting of this door and is not acceptable.

Repair to garage door due to it being incorrectly fitted in the first place. While the engineer who came out to fix the roller garage door was excellent, the repair was only necessary due to the incorrect parts being used to fit the door in the first place. The parts weren't strong enough, over 18 months the door became weaker and eventually broke when they weren't long out of guarantee. While the engineer fixed the problem, we were still charged the call out fee which I am very unimpressed about as the problem would not have occurred if the door was fitted properly on installation.

Removal of existing timber doors and installation of electric roller door. I researched a number of garage door options before choosing Rollerdor, including self installation electric roller shutter doors. Generally, I found that cheaper advertised, supply only doors are similarly priced when specified on a like for like basis, so choosing a fully installed door with a 5 year guarantee was an easy choice. However, while price was important, it wasn’t the only factor. The quality and security of the door is very impressive and Rollerdor are a long established specialist. Their pre and post sales support ranks among the best I have experienced. The no obligation survey was detailed, carried out by experienced Rollerdor installers who quickly found solutions to site specific problems, which didn’t affect the price. A different team arrived to carry out the installation but they had been properly briefed, were equally professional and also directly employed by Rollerdor.

I’ve taken time to write this review because I’ve benefitted from similar feedback before making decisions to buy and above all, Rollerdor and their team deserve it.

Ordered a DIY double electric garage door in white. Ordered the door and it arrived with a brilliant driver who was very helpful. The quality of the door was brilliant and simple to use once up.
Our bulider said the only problem he had was the instructions were hard to follow and some of the bits did not relate to our door or equpitment.
Shame really as everything else was perfect.

Our Garage was extended in length and we decided to install another automatic Roller door.
Our original Garage had already been fitted with a Rollerdor in 2014.

After a visit to site Engineers fitted a new Rollerdor. This was a mornings work with 2 Engineers on site.
We have the availability of opening both Rollerdors using a fob provided.

Good products. We have not needed to call out service Engineers at anytime.

Remove old garage door. Replace with new roller down with remote control light. Adjust width and placement and advise on best placement. The team were very helpful and gave good advice on installing the new door, given the wooden surround still in place.
