Installed a double garage roller door with remote control fobs and garage control box. The quotation process was helpful and conversations with them useful. The survey technician was knowledgable and informative. The installation (plus removal of existing heavy wooden doors) went smoothly. Good value. I would recommend them.

Supplied me a garage roller door I purchased a garage door from them to install myself. I am a carpenter and do garage doors occasionally.
Initially very happy with the service. Someone on the online chat helping to make sure I had everything needed and I was ordering the correct items.
The installation went really well. Nice and easy to install.
Had a few issues with the door and the company not interested at all to help. Hinges broke after 4 weeks and was told I could purchase some more if needed.
Not a good start. Door now only lifts three quarters and now nobody wants to get back to me.
I will not be using them again

Supplied acccurately to the dimensions provided by the customer.
Very easy to assemble, the instructions provided were excellent.
2 people installed it in about 6 hours, complete with a new wooden frame.
Very pleased with the result.

I ordered a DIY install roller door. I ordered a DIY install roller door. Their website had all the info I needed to take the measurements they needed. The order process and manufacture went without hitch and I collected it myself. I found it easy to install, as a competent DIYer, using/following their instructions on line. I was so pleased I recommended them to my neighbour who also now has one of their doors.
The only problem I had was that they omitted the handle that would be needed to manually operate the door. I didn’t know I should have had one until my neighbour arrived home with his door and the handle was there! Rollerdor didn’t quibble when I called to chat with them about this but did only send me half the handle! So had to send the other half later when prompted.

I had a new roller garage door fitted by ROLLERDOOR, the guys were polite and did a fantastic job they cleaned up after they finished and took away all the rubbish the price including fitting was within the budget and overall i would recommend them.
i saw there product on e-bay and phoned them for a quote for my size door they sent someone to measure up and quote he gave me a date for fitting which they stuck to and turned up as expected the team were polite and explained that the whole thing before starting and asked if this is what was expecting, i was kept informed from start to finish

I had a new electric roller door. The work was done incredibly quick one and a half hours by a friendly fitter. Cleaned up after himself. Looks great, easy to use, wish I had one fitted earlier.

Remedial work carried out on the garage door as we had a problem which was still under guarantee and also a service for which we paid for. Since purchasing the garage roller door approx four years ago we have had several problems but these have always benn carried out with he engineer''s efficiency.

RD77 Executive Single Electric Remote Control Roller Garage Door The customer service was as good as it get. Installation was as planned. Door quality was good even after 2 years. Got some issue during these period but they sent technician in to fix it. Would us Rollerdor again in the future. Price is good and they are local.
