I found this company very good to deal with, they were very helpful,my door was made when they said it would be and I am very happy with it. Will definitely use again.

Brought a roller garage door(supply only).
Made and delivered quicker than the estimated time.
Good quality door(Rd77) in Anthracite, fitted myself with no problems.
You need to be a bit technically minded for the setting up of the limits and programming.
All in all good door and service.

Purchased and fitted this door 5 years ago, service and delivery were excellent however I needed to reset the door limits recently and the backup was brilliant, well done rollerdor.

Roller door for a garage installed about 6 years ago. We recently had an issue with a lost opener unit. During getting another they were brilliant in all respects even though the cost was minimal and good value. They also took the time to let me know how to make the new switch and the remaining other 6 ish year old without any hesitation and time taken. They kept in touch with us throughout the whole issue. The new switch was with us promptly. Would I recommend them? See Above.

Excellent Product, delivered in time. Works really well.

We had an electric roller door fitted to the garage and due to a mistake made by the builder (uneven floor), the door refused to close, continually reopening due to the sensor picking up the uneven floor as an obstruction.

Two engineers came out and identified the issue and suggested upgrading the sensor to a different model. Although this was at an additional cost, it was much easier and cheaper than recalling the builder to dig up the concrete floor.

The sensor was ordered and fitted promptly. The engineers were first rate, polite and left no mess. The new sensor works faultlessly and overall we are delighted with the door.

Overall the DIY install door is good value for money and once installed works well.
The install instructions miss some vital parts however which if not done can damage the door. luckily i caught this early on and remedied the issues.
If purchasing a DIY door i would definitely recommend reading the instructions AND watching the video along with other companies install videos which may include helpful tips.
Most importantly, once installed, the inside top corner of the door guides need bent away from the door to avoid scraping on the roller door on opening and shutting. ours started to scrape so we looked at another door we had installed and this had been done. well worth adding this step to the instructions.

Once you've done 1 and know what you're doing it is super easy. The door I purchased was 4.6m wide and managed to install it with 2 people only requiring 4 when installing the actual roller door just for ease of lifting.

Other than improvement of the instructions the only other improvement i would suggest would be providing exterior plastics to tidy the job up. that being said, the price is very competitive and if you want a door at such a good price obviously all the extras can't be included.

I bought this product with no experience of fitting an electric roller door. I must say the young man I spoke to (JACK) was an absolute pleasure, he was very informative and helped me massively with any questions I had putting my mind at ease. The door, which was a perfect fit took just over 3 hours to fit from start to finish. An amazing product that was a doddle to fit. Now having fitted one door if I fit another which I am sure I will as I have recommended the company to many people.i would say excluding the electrical supply for the door it would take no more than two hours max.
Great product and customer service 11/10 which unfortunately isn’t seen as much these days.
Great company, great team, delivery the best communication I have had from a company and end result I’m chuffed to bits each time I use it.

Supplied roller door for DIY fitting, installation instructions could be ordered better, but the product is good and priced in line with expectations. This is the second door I’ve bought (one at my last home and one at this home), so I’d recommend them.

I bought a garage door and installed it myself. I found the process to be fairly straight forward and the included instructions to be very helpful.

Easy to understand exactly what I needed and order . Turn around was good from order to delivery.

Ordered the cheapest roller door on a DIY fit and can only say great things about it. Easy to fit, easy to order, friendly delivery driver, quiet smooth operation and great product. Replaced my old rubbish roller door (make unknown) and well pleased with it. I thought the installation instructions were a touch over complicated but I guess if your a complete DIY novice you would not mind.
