Installation of garage Roller Door and subsequent sorting of problem. This company give really good service. THey installed our roller door really quickly and efficiently. Over 18 months later we had a problem with the door and they again came out very quickly and sorted it even though it was out of warrenty and only charged us a very reduced ammount as goodwill. I would thoughly recommend them. Good Guys.

Repairs and limit setting for electric garage door Work done was thorough and good quality. However, the team member doing the work was extremely patronising, scolding me for the door having not been installed correctly by my builder. He was very persistent in his criticisms, far more than necessary and at one point I nearly had to ask him to leave. Good quality of work but thoroughly unpleasant, misogynistic, condescending manner.

Despite this I would use Rollerdoor again as I am happy with the product

Supplied and fitted 2 electric garage doors Everything was fine. Just I never did receive a receipt which I also guess is my guarantee

Roller door fitted Happy with the work but wouldn’t buy the product again. Reduces height too much and safety edge batteries need changing too regularly.

It was online order which arrived on time but the item was wrong and i had send them back and spoke to o on phone and was told to send back and put a note in return saying to exchange for right item which i did but they did not send me the right item and also phone them explain the answer was they will look in to it but up to now no responce and received part credit this the reason

Supplied DIY kit Quite expensive for what it is, manufacturing took ages kept moving estimated delivery date. Had to wait over a month for a DIY set, issue with supply of colour I order for the garage door which delay thing further. Not at all flexible in moving delivery dates. Some staff friendly and helpful other not so, depends who you get through to.

Chased up a few time about the wait, but they didn’t really seem that bothered or offer any price reduction for the waiting.

My installer had to move the auto stop /alarm unit as it was too far away from where you must install the magnetic sensor for the alarm to actually work.

Would probably not use them again.

To fit 2x roller shutter doors and clear old ones Disappointed in the finish the old doors were cutt out knocking off a render bell drip stuck back in with silicone Non paintable and the interior finish where render hacked and cut away left in a complete mess which took the pleasure of the new doors away.it will now cost me about £250 to get this put right very shoddy finish to a nice product also the cost of fitting the doors could have been cut as had 2 fitted at same property approx 2 1/2 hours work .paid cash but workers had no invoice books so trusted them with my cash until receipt was sent

Provide two electric roller doors for my garage. Supply only. From ordering to delivery, the process was easy and the help that was provided over the phone was great. The delivery was great with all the components well packaged. The instructions were easy to follow and once again with the help over the phone both doors were up and running within a day. I had two minor questions and when I contacted Rollerdor, they responded immediately. Thanks for great service and product. All my neighbours have commented on how good they look.

DIY roller garage door kit I purchased a DIY installation kit and did not use the companies services to fit the garage door.
The kit was complete and all manufactured to a high standard. There were no issues during fitment and the installation worked faultlessly with no adjustment required.

Purchased an Insulated Roller door for DIY install. Purchased made-to-order electric roller garage door, which I installed myself.
Delivered exactly when promised by helpful driver.
Comprehensive installation instructions, all components were high quality and install was fairly straight forward.
Accidently (my fault) broke a plastic clip when attaching the shutters, no dramas, ordered a replacement (£6.50) delivered next day by post.
100% pleased with the end result.

Supplied a new control box for my Internal Rollerdoor.
And gave me step-by-step instructions of how to reinstall a new one. Matt from Rollerdor was extremely helpful he faced timed me and talked me through the installation step-by-step of a new Control Panel.

late 2019 I purchased a double garage roller door for self fit.
I found the door competitively priced, build quality was excellent. The accompanying installation and user manuals are comprehensive, a useful step by step guide.
If you fancy a challenge, you can install the door completely in one day on your own (Christmas day). My advice, install the wiring the day before, oh and have a late lunch.
The door has been in constant use for over 12 months, performing faultlessly.
The door required a minor repair following the recent excessive high winds, a replacement curtain hanger. The part was sourced from rollerdor again reasonably priced. The sales team were both knowledgeable and efficient,I received the part within 48hr.
I would recommend Rollerdor in the future.
