Decorating two rooms, lounge and dining rooms. Karen has just decorated two rooms for us and we cannot fault his first class work – or the pleasant and efficient manner in which she works. We have no hesitation in recommending her for any future projects.

Plumbed in towel rail to replace radiator in bathroom I have used Karen several times for plumbing jobs. She has always done a great job and her prices are extremely reasonable. I can totally recommend her.

1. Replace faulty shower unit. 2. Put up kitchen cupboard. Before the replacement of the shower unit Karen adviced me on the type of shower unit to buy. We discussed problems found while the work was in progress. The kitchen unit was hot discussed before, but Karen kindly offered to put it up while she was happy.

Fit new washers to stop-lock and 2 taps. Good all round service.

Repairs to a toilet cistern and checking for other leaks. Renewing washer on kitchen tap. Excellent service. Delightful person prompt, efficient, clean and tidy. Would most definitely recommend.

Decoration of the whole bottom of the house including stairways and hallways. Karen and Michelle decorated the whole of the bottom of our house, stairways and halls, under difficult circumstances.

They both were always professional in their manner and kind. Karens work was outstanding to a high end and spotless finish.

Karen and Michelle are lovely people and we always felt at ease with them both.

Fix a leak coming through a light fitting. I felt very comfortable with Karen. She was thorough and considerate. Karen explained every thing fully and was careful not to spend any more of my money that was necessary. A very positive.

Paint back door and frame, paint front door and frame sand and stain threshold on front and back door. Paint garage door and surrounding wood frame. We found Karen explained everything as the job went along. She done very good preparation and was a very clean and tidy worker. The finish was excellent and we were very pleased with her work. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

Paint kitchen, conservatory and entrance porch. This is the third time we have employed this trades person, and we intent to have her back again.!

Repairing leaking pipe under kitchen sink. Karen phoned to let me know the time she would arrive. Work was carried out professionally.

Repaired bath pop up waste. Karen was prompt in coming out. She was efficient in her work and kept the area clean and tidy.

Removing shower door. Replacing leaking shower tray. Make adjustments so it fitted and tiling where necessary and all sealing, stain blocking in kitchen where water came through, redecorating kitchen ceiling, walls and doors. Replacing shower door and frame. I found K C Plumbing & Decorating services after nurse told us about trusted traders, our daughter looked on internet as we do not have it and found Karen. She saw they had 100% recommended on all services. We were so pleased how hard she worked and kept us informed. Every step of the way. When ever there was a problem she explained things clearly. A very clean and tidy worker. We were so pleased with all her hard work.

Problem with toilet cistern.

Supply & install lever flush toilet, basin & pedestal, and wall hung basin. Included new basin waste & plug, but used existing taps. Inspection of header tank water level, new body to float valve & ball float in header tank (free of charge) repair house to interior & exterior wall. Karen was a very good and clean worker. The home was left very clean & tidy, when she finished. Karen is also a very nice person. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.

Emergency plumbing works. Karen was very professional. She did an excellent job. We are very pleased and would recommend her without hesitation.

To change bath shower mixer to match washbasin taps changed recently. It involved taking out the bath to get to the old taps. Also chase a new bath shower screen which Karen collected from DIY store for me. Karen worked quietly to cause the least disturbance. She dismantled bath and old taps with little noise. Replaced same and re-siliconed round bath then returned next day to erect new bath shower screen which she collected for me in her van. A most helpful and obliging plumber and a trusted trader.
