Paint ceiling, paint radiator and pipes, remove skirting boards, fill gabs between floors, and fit and paint same, plus door frame. Prepare, paper and paint walls to cover old blue paint and give 2 coats of emulsion. I would definitely use KC plumbing and decorating again.

Karen can to mend a leaking joint above the main stopcock in the house. I have used Karen''s services several times now. She always arrives promptly as arranged and is very friendly and helpful. She does excellent plumbing work, I wouldn''t hesitate to recommend her.

Remove and replace power shower in bathroom. Efficient, capable and friendly. Adaptable when I had problems with deliveries.

bathroom floor: Remove old tiles, level floor and re tile. Bathroom floor: Lot of preparation in removing old tiles and levelling floor but once new tiles went down it was worth all the inconvenience - room looks bigger! Waterproof membrane helps insulate the floor from the cold concrete underneath. Karen has inspired me to get the rest of the room updated now. I will be asking her to come back.

Decorating two rooms, lounge and dining rooms. Karen has just decorated two rooms for us and we cannot fault his first class work – or the pleasant and efficient manner in which she works. We have no hesitation in recommending her for any future projects.

Plumbed in towel rail to replace radiator in bathroom I have used Karen several times for plumbing jobs. She has always done a great job and her prices are extremely reasonable. I can totally recommend her.

1. Replace faulty shower unit. 2. Put up kitchen cupboard. Before the replacement of the shower unit Karen adviced me on the type of shower unit to buy. We discussed problems found while the work was in progress. The kitchen unit was hot discussed before, but Karen kindly offered to put it up while she was happy.

Fit new washers to stop-lock and 2 taps. Good all round service.

Decoration of the whole bottom of the house including stairways and hallways. Karen and Michelle decorated the whole of the bottom of our house, stairways and halls, under difficult circumstances.

They both were always professional in their manner and kind. Karens work was outstanding to a high end and spotless finish.

Paint back door and frame, paint front door and frame sand and stain threshold on front and back door. Paint garage door and surrounding wood frame. We found Karen explained everything as the job went along. She done very good preparation and was a very clean and tidy worker. The finish was excellent and we were very pleased with her work. Repairing leaking pipe under kitchen sink. Karen phoned to let me know the time she would arrive. Work was carried out professionally.
