Kitchen sink blockage, blockage was near to main outlet pipe. I got a call back night away to say when she would arrive and did so on time. Didn't waste time finding the blockage, She ended up working in rain, doing on awful job, which she managed to clear.
Many plumbers didn't even bather getting back to me. She saved my day!

Investigated problem with water/toilet cistern. Replaced diaphram. Excellent, informative, friendly, efficient.

Decoration, sitting room, bedroom and hall. I had an unrealistic idea of how long the work would take. More detailed negotiation of possible time to be taken to complete, would have helped. Otherwise very satisfied and the above comment does not detract from the excellent workmanship.

Sanding down pine varnished wardrobe doors and painting white in 2 bedrooms and Vanity unit x1 Karen is the most professional decorator one could ever wish to employ!

Cistern needing repairing Arrived earlier than expected, work done expeditiously and wow working fine.

Painting hall, stairway spare room and ensuite including skirting board and filling in several cracks. Karen did an excellent job. She was very thorough regarding preparing the walls, fixing cracks, stain blocking the ceiling (where there was water damage). Karen was exceptionally neat and tidy and my walls are now beautiful.

Karen has a high level of finish to all her work, a positive, supportive work ethic after we were previously let down, her decorating skills are excellent and she left no mess! Toilet stopped flushing over Christmas. Karen replaced inner workings. Thorough and tidy. Had to take cistern off and made it better than before.

Decorating stairs and landing
and one bedroom - large with extra high ceiling. This included painting pine ward robe door white - 4 large and 4 small doors. (2 Wks work) Karen has worked in our house for the past month (4 wks) - painting all pine doors white, decorating the dining room, one bedroom, stairs and landing. All his work is done to perfection - she is most particular and very professional in all she does. Starts early - never stops. Cleans up when finished for the day etc. Highly recommended!

Remove redundant electric shower and pipe work
Replace broken toilet flush mechanism. Karen is faultless in her work. She's prompt, reliable, friendly, polite, skilled, knowledgeable and above all, honest and trustworthy. You won't find a better trades-person. Highly recommended (competitively priced too!)
