- Strip/repair around fireplace in Lounge and make good any plaster. My parents were moving into Sheltered Accommodation and due to circumstances that weren''t within our control, we had a finite time period for the work to start & get completed (10 day all in period).

Having contacted the company on the trusted trader site, from the very start they were prompt in reverting back, and honest in what they could provide & achieve within the specified timescale.

We managed to get keys so the job could not just be priced up, but also to ascertain if it could be completed before carpets were being installed.

Michele was clear, accurate and honest about what could be achieved in the time scale, and critically to a standard that they expect would expect and we would be happy with.

We were always informed if there were any snags, issues or changes, and were aware that the hallway would likely not get completed, due to the amount of painting that was required due to a previous tenants severe smoking, and nicotine damage to walls/ceilings.

Karen went far and above what we would have ever expected,and Michele very kindly offered an additional day as well.

The result was that all four rooms were complete within the timescale, to the highest of specifications, the property was once again fresh, and when the carpets were laid, my parents were (and still are) over the moon, after living in a property where they couldn''t even open their windows for over five years.

Karen & Michele have been a pivotal part of the jigsaw puzzle in ensuring my parents move (at the age of 82 & 78) has been as smooth as possible and they absolutely love their new home.

I wouldn''t hesitate to recommend their services to others. Not only do they take immense pride in their work, but it is very reasonably priced and they can be proud of their business.

Decorate kitchen/diner Tidy job good finish. Have used Karen several times. Always punctual and polite. Always leaves house tidy at end of the day.

Paint external windows and doors. This is the third occasion we have used Karen services. She did a great job on our badly needed windows and doors, very please with result.

All hallways (including bannister woodwork) painted in a townhouse. Karen's decorating skills are fantastic and our hallways were finished to a high standard. Karen ensured that everything was left clean and tidy after each day and is always friendly and polite highly recommended!

Decoration of a recently plastered vaulted conservatory ceiling, requiring preparation and three coats. My wife and I were very impressed by the manner in which the task was carried out. The preparation was meticulous with the result that when the work was completed the room was left in an immaculate condition. The attention to detail meant that the quality of the finished product exceeded our expectations. They even returned the following day to inspect for themselves and to confirm that we were satisfied.
