Painting and finishing the hall, landing, cloakroom and kitchen. Highly professional, friendly service. The quality of the work was completed to a very high standard. Cleared outside blocked drain and unblocked downstairs toilet. A ''trades woman'' I am always happy to welcome into my home. Cheerful, friendly and reliable, who turns up exactly when she says she will. She has worked both as a plumber and decorator for me. Someone who I am happy to recommend to my friends and family.

Tiling of the bathroom floor. Attention to detail was very impressive. Karen clearly explained what she would need to do and why in order to get the best possible finish.
Karen ever repaired the shower holder.

Changed all the plumbing in the flush system as this was broken and also taking aged to refill. Very pleased with work done was very efficient and as parts cost £40 odd not too expensive either. Flush now easy to press and so much quieter.

Replace toilet and washbasin to modern vanity units and sink and toilet etc. Brilliant work.
Some fitting problems on the way due to changing old to new and imperial to metric patiently solved and discussed with me at each state, I couldn't be more pleased with the result.

Diaphragm replaced in toilet flush mechanism. Karen is always very helpful every time we need a plumber. She is very reasonably priced and always does a good job. Totally recommended!

Decorating.
1.Work after builder treated damp.
2.Paint work stain covering after water pipework leak. Always happy to have Karen working at my home.

Strip old paper off walls. Paint ceiling. Paint woodwork (Door frames and wall skirting and hatch sill). Paint 2 radiators. Paper walls and then emulsion walls. Vanish 2 window sills and hatch doors. Room size 22 feet x 12 feet. Worked 6 1/2 working days. Very excellent worker and made useful suggestions which we had not thought of cleaned up every night before going home. Very professional.

Replacing a worn out kitchen tap. Purchasing replacement tap after discussion of design. Karen phoned rack on request very promptly. Discussed what was needed gave an estimate. Discussed purchase of new tap and offered to source it. Prompt, clean, tidy, quick delightful. So happy to have found her.

Replace toilet flush siphon. Repair leak on hot tap over basin in bathroom. Fitted ceramic tap gland. Turned up on time, completed the work efficiently, quickly, and tidily. Two lovely ladies who we will use again should the need arise and will recommend to others.

Fit new toilet and fix various plumbing issues around the house. Karen is a 1st class plumber, I only wish I had used her sooner! She was neat, tidy, dependable and completed all work to a very high standard. On top of all the above, she was good value for money.

Fixed broke toilet. Karen came very quickly, on the same day she was called. She was very efficient and very kind.

Removed existing tiles and prepared base to take new tiles. Tile and grant area replaced door trim. The work was of an excellent standard. Karen was very professional in all aspects of her work.

Renewing faulty toilet cistern ball valve etc. Excellent work a very efficient co.

Seal plaster Sand down and make good paint walls 2-3 seals, fit radiator brackets. Karen was very clean and tidy carried out this work in a very efficient way. I would not use any body else now to do our work it was a pleasant experience with grateful thanks.

Fitted new toilet siphon, fitted new kitchen tap. Very pleasant and professional, tidy and honest.

Redecoration of bungalow including small area of tiling behind cooker. Replace seal around bath and sink. Repair leak to base of tap in kitchen. We cannot praise Karen too highly. Her standard of workmanship, attention to detail, the care with which she carried out the work and the respect she showed for us and our home are excellent. She always left the rooms she was working on clean and tidy at the end of each day so that we could use them in the evenings, and in the case of the bedrooms helped me to move our rather heavy beds at the beginning and end of each day. Added to this it was a delight to welcome her to our home and we always enjoyed our chats with her. We are absolutely delighted with the redecoration - it is like living in a new home !

Paint ceiling, paint radiator and pipes, remove skirting boards, fill gabs between floors, and fit and paint same, plus door frame. Prepare, paper and paint walls to cover old blue paint and give 2 coats of emulsion. I would definitely use KC plumbing and decorating again.
