Problem with toilet cistern.

Supply & install lever flush toilet, basin & pedestal, and wall hung basin. Included new basin waste & plug, but used existing taps. Inspection of header tank water level, new body to float valve & ball float in header tank (free of charge) repair house to interior & exterior wall. Karen was a very good and clean worker. The home was left very clean & tidy, when she finished. Karen is also a very nice person. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.

Emergency plumbing works. Karen was very professional. She did an excellent job. We are very pleased and would recommend her without hesitation.

To change bath shower mixer to match washbasin taps changed recently. It involved taking out the bath to get to the old taps. Also chase a new bath shower screen which Karen collected from DIY store for me. Karen worked quietly to cause the least disturbance. She dismantled bath and old taps with little noise. Replaced same and re-siliconed round bath then returned next day to erect new bath shower screen which she collected for me in her van. A most helpful and obliging plumber and a trusted trader.

Fit new basin taps in cloakroom. Fit new basin taps and waste in bathroom. Fit new best taps and waste in bathroom. Paint back panels. Adjust exterior waste pipe and fit new coats. Fit new diaphragm to float valve in loft leader tank, basal bank. Satisfaction level would have all been 10 but for the constraints of previous original installation, which Karen had to work around. A great job otherwise.

Renovating 2 internal doors, removal of stained glass effect on inside of front door glass, filling and sanding wood cracks to panels, undercoat, sanding and top coat. Internal lounge door - filling cracks, sanding, painting as on front door. Dust cloths were provided before work started, Karen works to a high standard of finished appearance and recommended new door plates and handles for a quality finish. Rooms left clean and tidy.

Dismantling old bathroom installing a new one. Blocking off & tidying old kitchen plumbing & installing & fitting new plumbing.

Replacement of wash basin taps following an initial first visit to see to washers. Taps were found to be a cheap and faulty make, the inside of one tap was worn away and only one year old. Discussed a British standard better quality make of tap and replaced the non-standard faulty ones.

Cleared blocked drain. Worked cleanly and efficiently. Friendly, courteous manner.

Supply and fit new towel radiator in bathroom, size 1.4M x 2.6M: approx.: btu 900-1000. Repaint bathroom wall (eve only), ceiling, 2 cupboard doors, plus door & frame. A thorough and workman like job undertaken quickly but carefully. Can not complain.

Replace both top (faulty) with new mixed/shower unit. Replaced large hand basin for a small one – updated pipes and fittings Fitted an outside top. Replaced kitchen top. Various – very fair. All of the above were carried out efficiently. With care & attention to detail. We received a quotation – price and dates/time for the work – then receipt. Remove leaking cistern, toilet pan & pipework & flooring; relay floor, level & tyle file walls. Fit new toilet pan & close carpet cistern. Plum soil pipe & worker, basin, hot & cold supply & taps & redecorate walls, ceiling door frames and windows etc, finish & clean to perfection. Work carried out cleanly. Efficiently & promptly without hassle or mess. Delighted at organized. Working neatness and efficiency of tradesmen in using modem. Efficient tools & equipment & design layout. Paint lounge, stairs banisters and lounding, 4 x doors and frames and including, ceiling and skirting boards. Fight sanding of woodwork prior to painting. Another very good job done on time, clearly and with no fuss.

Blocked sewer / toilet, toilet repair, clear outdoor drain. I have used K C Plumbing & decorating for several plumbing jobs. Karen is very friendly and helpful, always arrives on time and does a great job.

Prepared the floor for laying tiles. Adhesives layed tiles, grouted them in finish off with grout protector. Absoluted delighted. Pleasant lady, perfect job done and would recommend her to family and friends.

Clean off old sealant and re scal shower unit. A good, clean workwomen (the tradesperson is a lady) job.
