Painting hall, stairway spare room and ensuite including skirting board and filling in several cracks. Karen did an excellent job. She was very thorough regarding preparing the walls, fixing cracks, stain blocking the ceiling (where there was water damage). Karen was exceptionally neat and tidy and my walls are now beautiful.

Toilet stopped flushing over Christmas. Karen replaced inner workings. Thorough and tidy. Had to take cistern off and made it better than before.

Decorating stairs and landing
and one bedroom - large with extra high ceiling. This included painting pine ward robe door white - 4 large and 4 small doors. (2 Wks work) Karen has worked in our house for the past month (4 wks) - painting all pine doors white, decorating the dining room, one bedroom, stairs and landing. All his work is done to perfection - she is most particular and very professional in all she does. Starts early - never stops. Cleans up when finished for the day etc. Highly recommended!

Remove redundant electric shower and pipe work
Replace broken toilet flush mechanism. Karen is faultless in her work. She's prompt, reliable, friendly, polite, skilled, knowledgeable and above all, honest and trustworthy. You won't find a better trades-person. Highly recommended (competitively priced too!)

Continuation of decorating work - Stripping and painting varnished pine doors - with white paint. The 'Third leg' of our decoration maratton. Karen continues to work to her usual high standard. Despite having painted 14 doors to date, she never take short cuts and each door is painted to perfection. Karen has a wonderful work ethic.

Decoration of new plaster on the walls and ceiling of the bedroom plus wall papering of one wall. Kaven has done a lovely job of decorating the bedroom. I have not used the company before and was keen to see how the job was completed. The standard of decoration is high given the house is old and therefore lives and edges are often not straight!
No mess left to clear up afterwards was a real bonus and a change from previous jobs.
