2 hours home help cleaning hoovering. Very good. Enjoying seeing the caregiver enables me to stay in my home.

High housework shopping. Absolutely wonderful. Great service. Cheerful carginers brighten my day.

Support to bath/dress make/change bed. Clean bathroom. Wash up. Empty & clean commode. The service is very reliable, and staff always pleasant and on time.

Shopping Very adequate

This was the first time we as a family booked a "carer" for great. We were all apprehensive but need not have worried as she was matched up with a lady she got an well with. We were also able to relax while on holiday for the first time in years. Speaking on behalf of the family we were impressed by the service right from "assessment" interview and we would have no hesitation on booking again.

Personal care Grateful and happy. (As I am not as unwell as anticipated, the professional came has not been fully tested, but I am sure it would be 'prompt and professional' to '10' value).

Housework Very pleased

My mother has daily help to prepare her lunch and put out some supper. The carer also waters her plants inside and out and keeps the kitchen clean & tidy. Very pleased with standard of care and attention my mother has received. The company have been supportive and amenable to care for my mother when she came out of hospital.

Laundry, shopping, housework. Good satisfactory works well

Personal care for wife, to get up in the morning and assist to bed at night. Business meets all my expectations and Betty enjoys their visits and tender care.

Anything we need, at present, help with washing & dressing & getting breakfast washing up etc. In process of extending care to provide for cleaning etc. Excellent, cannot fault it. Particularly pleased to have regular carer & regular time.

We have 3 lovely lady care gives for my elderly parents. They work a lot Monday-Friday, 2 hours each day. They cook, clean and will cope with anything non-medical although, if it ever becomes necessary. Home instead will also cover this. Will gladly allow my tel no. to be given out to anyone who is seriously considering home care. The service is par excellence. It is such a joy to see my Mum and Dad so content & happy. Mum is blind & Dad is totally immobile. As I am not well myself so cant do care for my parents. I now have such complete confidence in these caregivers. They treat Mum & Dad as I would & with respect, love, understanding & patience. Nothing is too much trouble and all is achieved with a lovely smile. God bless them!

Personal care following hip operation. Extremely pleased with the service. It’s exactly what I required and well worth the cost. Very satisfactory.

My carer looses no time, before getting on with her house work; she is a very caring & respectful lady who takes pride in her work. I am 97 yrs young & live alone in sheltered housing & look forward to Thursday for those 2 hours of happy company. Thank you. Excellent in every way & I consider myself most fortunate & safe. Personal care for 1 hour every morning. Includes showering, hair wash, preparing breakfast and a sandwich for lunch. General companionship. Some evening care also which will be extended shortly. I am very happy with the service. They do everything I ask and more.
