Dismantle 2 Cypress tress to ground level and take away all waste Once again I have come back to use this firm and once again i am delighted with the way in which the works were carried out. I cannot fault them at all, very polite very clean and tidy and quick, what more can I say, I trust them 100% and will go on using them whenever the need arise.

Prune and reduce 5 trees to the boundary line and reduce height of hawthorn hedge to approx 2 metres. Work was completed as agreed without any damage to nearby buildings, fruit trees and hedges. Would recommend and use this firm again.

To dismantle 1 x Salix (Willow) to ground level, removing all waste, poisoning stump and cutting some logs into firewood for the client to use. They carried out all work in a safe and professional way. Tully and his team completed the awkward task (the tree was pressing against our wall) without any damage to our property or inconvenience to ourselves.

Crown reduction and crown raise lower foliage of our beech tree. I was very pleased with the service from Eastern Tree Care, right from initial contact with Tully for a quote, through to completion of the work. I found them to be friendly, informative, professional and considerate - both towards me as the customer and also our lovely beech tree!

Remove lower and diseased branches from large oak tree. ETC arrived at the agreed time. They explained fully what would happen during the day. The site was left clean on completion. I would use ETC as my first call for any future work.

Cut back to controllable height a large number of roadside hedging and other trees. Again the ETC team arrived at the promised time. I was impressed with the way they reviewed the risk element of working in the road and level of signage and cones used. Once again the work was carried out to my entire satisfaction.

Cut down 12 x Cypress trees within a hedge. Removing all waste. I needed an urgent job doing and these guys care swiftly and did an excellent job.

To coppice 1x hazel reduce 1x willow Friendly, efficient, tidied up well – did what it said on the tin.

Remove 1 x Eucalyptus. 1 x fir tree. Very pleased hard working young men, polite at all times extremely happy with service. Have made arrangement for more work to be done. Would highly recommend this company.

The initial site visit was very helpful with knowledgeable advice. An immediate firm verbal price was given and confirmed in writing the same day. It was considerably less than competitors.
