Removal and pruning of trees, bushes, and shrubs ETC provided a very friendly and professional service. I was consulted on all work and the thinking was carefully explained.

Removal of large old laurel tree. I was pleased with the way Eastern Tree Care gave me a clear breakdown/estimate of costs, reflecting everything I had requested. The initial one-day job to remove a large tree was carried out professionally.

To trim and tidy up a large mature lime tree on the border between 2 houses one of which was suffering from overhanging branches. We had not used Tully and his team before but we were very pleased with the professional way in which he carried out the work. The site was left tidy and the works caused a minimum of disruption. I would have no hesitation in having them do further work if required and would be happy to recommend them to others.

Pollard one Horse Chestnut and cut to hedge height two Beech, which were too close to the house and growing into telephone lines. Very efficient and professional service, with prompt estimate and clear explanation of what was to be done.
Am using them again for another pollard at a different address.

They worked very hard and completed the job as explained and with consultation during the course of the day.

Two trees cut down, wood taken away and site cleared. Although I presented challenges due to MY poor organisation the work was carried out cheerfully, professionally and within the time estimated.

Reduction and reshaping of 2 large Beech trees one of which is subject to a Tree Protection order. Also reduction of overgrown hedging. Tully and his crew were extremely pleasant and clearly experienced and skilled at what they do. They appeared to take all necessary precautions for their own safety and to avoid any potential damage to our own or neighbouring property. The work was completed in the agreed time and our garden was thoroughly tidied and left in good order.

Tully is clearly knowledgeable and experienced in the area of tree care and we were very impressed by the way the work was completed in a very controlled manner - particularly as access to the larger tree (subject to a TPO) was not without difficulty.

Tully kept us informed about progress throughout the job and also liaised very effectively with our neighbours and took steps to minimized impact on their property. We will certainly use Eastern Tree Care again and unreservedly recommend them.

Reduce the height of large mature oak tree to hedge level Very straightforward approach and good value in comparison with other quotations.

Cutting down large silver birch tree and removing all the wood. I was really pleased with the work carried out and will definitely use this firm again in the future. In fact I would not consider using anyone else. Peace of mind is very important when you are having a large tree cut down!

Remedial pruning of ancient oak It was a very professional job. It was done on time and according to our agreement. The quote was very competitive.

Tully and his colleague were very knowledgeable and had respect for this beautiful English oak. When they had finished they cleared away all the wood and they even raked the lawn and the flowerbed. Apart from the work done to the tree you would not have known that they had been there.

Felling of ash tree The work involved had to be re-scheduled due to bad weather in winter, but throughout the procedure Tully King was courteous and excellent in communicating the reasons for delay, due to the weather not allowing them to clear the site to their high standards. Throughout the procedure the team was courteous and interested, and it was a pleasure to employ them for the work.

Removal and disposal of two very large conifers I have used this company before and again they provided a first class service I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly use them again.Its such a pleasure in this day and age to find a young company that really do care about the customer as much as the job in hand.

Removal of six large trees and two smaller trees clear site prior to building and provide light to site. Eastern Tree Care provided professional, efficient, helpful and excellent value service in clearing a plot of land of unwanted trees to enable my self build project (including processing the required Local Authority notification). I now have a clear and light plot on whic to start building my new house.

Climb, crown clean and tidy various mature trees in a woodland garden. From the site visit onwards, Tully was knowledgeable, conscientious and professional. He carried out a thorough assessment of site, gave sound advice and completed all TPO paperwork on my behalf, also providing a very reasonable quote.

These high standards were maintained for the work itself; he and his colleague arrived on site (not put off by the grim weather!) as planned and carried out a good days'' work. The work was done to a high standard, whilst being respectful to the trees and landscape, and left tidy afterwards.

Garden trees (x2) trimmed and reduced in height. This is the second time we have used this company and we have recommended them to family and friends. They carry out the job they say they will, when they say they will and at the price agreed. Removal of one silver birch and pruning/reduction of a second silver birch Very professional service. The trees were initially assessed last year and I got sensible and practical advice in advance of the job which allowed me to make an informed decision about how to proceed. On the day the felling and tree maintenance was carried out efficiently and the garden, shared passageway and pavements left tidy with minimal disruption. The company was knowledgeable and informed about tree biology and tree care. Tully and Dan were friendly and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Pollarding of lime tree in rear garden. It had overgrown close to telephone lines and intruded on neighbours house. First time using Eastern Tree Care. Very happy, they are very friendly and professional, and happy to discuss any concerns and details.

They came exactly on the day they said, and dealt with all access requirements, parking and disposal. This was particularly reassuring for me as I wasn''t ever available to visit the property at the time.

They seem a really experienced team and very good service overall. I may end up using them for landscaping work in future too

Removal of 2 large tress and the clearance of several overgrown shrubs and bushes. The trunks were cut into logs and stacked for my woodburner and all the greenery removed. The garden was tidied up afterwards as well. Tully did a great job, and I was grateful he was so flexible and able to do the job at short notice. He was very friendly and professional and did everything as requested. The job was quickly and smoothly done and the garden was cleaned up nicely afterwards too.

Removing significant growth from Eucalyptus trees at front of house. Excellent service from Eastern Tree Care and I would most definately use them again and recommend to others too.

Clear explanations given of the work required and why - everything was fully sorted including liaising with the Electricity supplier - an excellent service that I couldnt fault.

The work undertaken was completed as per the agreement with all tree cuttings cleared away from both ours and the neighbours property.
