Cutting down of a vine covered tree. I was very happy with the work completed. The original estimate underestimated the work which was finally required, however I could see and understand how this occurred and was happy with the outcome.
During the job Tully kept me fully informed and abreast of how things were developing. They gave me confidence that the job would, and it was, be completed to a high standard.

To dismantle an Ash Tree which is overhanging a double garage and adjacent to a live electric supply cable to the house. Tully King and his companion, Dan, were professional in their approach to the task and explained to me fully how they intended to execute the works in a safe and efficient manner. Prior to the works being carried out they made arrangements with the electricity supplier to ensure they complied with their requirements and I was pleased that I did not have to make these enquiries.
The works were carried out expertly, efficiently and the site was left clean and tidy.
I would have no hesitation in using their services again in the future and would certainly recommend their services to friends and family.

Reducing and shaping a large horse-chestnut tree I would recommend these guys to anyone. They did a fantastic job, and at a fantastic price.

ETC removed a neighbour''s Ash Tree (with her permission) that was overhanging our driveway. We wanted it removed to stop our cars being soiled with bird mess & sap and get light back in our bathroom. Very pleased with the work and how they persevered during a day with 3 storms and lots if rain. It was a simple job made tricky with the weather! Would recommend to anyone who needs the services of ETC.

Trimmed silver birch tree, oak tree, and cut back laurel hedge Tully and his assistant worked extremely hard in 30 degree heat and we were very pleased with what they did. They''re a pleasure to have on site and did a great job.

Removal of silver birch and pollarding of willow trees. Tully and Dan arrived promptly and during the course of the day felled a silver birch from our front garden and severely ''pollarded'' two large willow trees. They cut the larger limbs into logs for us and removed all the remaining timber. They left our garden neat and tidy. I highly commend their work and will recommend them to others.

We had a cherry tree and a pear tree felled and a hazel tree trimmed. We also had a fence constructed along the side and bottom of our property. It was very refreshing to have someone who actually listened to our requirements and do their utmost to carry out our wishes. Having a strong aversion to concrete posts we wanted a strong fence that was also aesthetically pleasing and Tully came up with the goods. We are thrilled with both the look and the strength of the fence. Tully and his very helpful team were not daunted by the problems encountered along the way and produced a very professional result. The tree work was carried out with no fuss or bother and the timber was even cut into logs for our garden burner. Eastern Tree Care are friendly and considerate and very efficient. In fact we can''t praise these guys highly enough.

Removing of Copper Beech Tree due to fungus + carving remaining stump into a seat. Very good service. We will definitely use them again.

Prune 6 trees and tidy up 2 large shrubs. Removed all the debris and left everything very tidy. This is the second time we have had Tully and have always been very pleased with the work and would recommend him to anybody.

Pollard mature weeping willow. This is the second time that ETC have carried out tree work for me. The service is efficient and Tully and his team are extremely helpful, making recommendations about the best way to complete the job, and advice about future management.

I asked the guys from Eastern Tree Care to lower the height of my neighbours cypress trees so that my garden and lawn would receive more light. I had concerns as my garden had been recently landscaped, (and through which access to my neighbour's property was required), but ETC couldn't have been more careful or respectful of my wishes. Despite the hideous weather on the day, and my concerns, (given that access to the neighbour's trees was through and across my newly landscaped garden),E.T.C. could not have been more understanding and responsive. The job was undertaken professionally, safely and to my complete satisfaction. I shall not hesitate to use the firm again. Thanks guys.

Removal of large silver birch tree from the front garden of our house which was adjacent to main road and path, which was pushing over our garden wall First time we have used them & we are very pleased with their work & would have no hesitation in using them again & would certainly recommend them. They arrived on site on time as previously arranged. They set about making the surrounding area safe, taking into account pedestrians & traffic in very close proximity. They provided clear signage for aforementioned pedestrians & traffic. The work was carried out very professionally, efficiently & within the timescales that had been quoted.

Severe ''pruning'' of large snow damaged Cedar. Ie the cutting off of several massive branches. You couldn''t get more helpful tree surgeons. They were very knowledgeable about their work.

They took great care in their work. They left the garden much tidier than before they started.
