Dismantling of a willow tree and stump removal Orlando was prompt and considerate when quoting. I wanted to arrange for my mother''s willow tree to be dismantled but wasn''t sure about the stump removal. He explained the options and then quoted separately so I could choose.

The quote was reasonable and I went ahead. The neighbour kindly agreed for the vehicles to go on their driveway and a fence panel removed to enable easy access to the tree. Orlando and his colleagues were respectful of the neighbour and left the site as they found it.

On the day of the works, I asked if they could trim the front hedge as it required specialist tools. Orlando agreed to include this for no extra charge.

I asked about keeping some of the wood and they explained which pieces would be good for making logs. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

2 man team to climb and weight reduce 1 x Ash sympathetically to reduce chance of structural failure as well as removing large dead branches.
From the first phone call to Tully asking his advice and quoting for his services to make safe our Ash Tree, Tully impressed us with his knowledge on how to best care for the tree. Tully explained how the work would be performed and how the tree will look and behave after the work. Road safety was explained and his insurance was made clear to us.

When the work was being carried out, Tully was punctual and on time arriving at the time quoted. The 2 man team respected our wishes and property and ensured both they and us were safe at all times.

Our Ash tree has been worked very well, reducing a lot of weight and removing dead branches in a sympathetic manner. The tree looks superb now, lovely shape and the excessive ivy and other smaller tress have been removed further protecting the tree.

The work was to remove 5 very tall poplars close to buildings and it was done efficiently and professionally.

The removal of partly-dead Lime Tree and a reduction in the size of the canopy of a large birch and pine tree. As a landlord, I reached out to this company to remove a dead lime tree and reduce the canopy on two larger trees (birch and pine). The whole process was seamless, with Tully managing the whole process.

He initially came and did a consultation, assessing the trees and how much he would be able to remove. He then submitted the form to the council which was effortless. Finally, he came and cleared the tree and reduced the canopy of the other two.

We needed 40 enormous leylandii removing. The leyllandi had been topped years ago and had been left unchecked for many years. The trees were between and adjacent to buildings. We wanted the trees felled and wood removed as the amount of wood and spoil was huge. Other tree surgeons visited, said they would get back and tumbleweed, nothing. The job was clearly just too problematic (the removal of all the waste wood I think) and I understand that. Tully and etc were recommended to us and frankly, Tully did the most amazing job, co ordinating the felling with the local farmer so that the trees could be dragged across his fields after it had been harvested and then, incredibly, sold the 90 tons of wood as biomass, netting down the cost of the full job considerably. Tully and his lads were with us a week and were a pleasure to have around. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

For a 3 man team to climb and sympathetically retrench to suitable growth points 1 x Oak tree to lessen the chance of future failures.

Removing large weights (3-5 meters) off of heavy lateral branches and reducing the height of the tree more sympathetically (smaller than the laterals 1-3 meters) to retain a good canopy structure.

Cutting any wood into logs to be left on site and removing 1 full truck of chip/rakings. Following storm damage which ripped apart a large limb on our 300 year old oak tree we were concerned that any contractor we chose would be able to complete the work sympathetically. It was important for us to ensure the tree could be as safe as it could be and give it a chance to recover and grow. After discussing the work with a number of contractors we chose Tully because he spent time explaining in detail what he and his team would do and the reasons why. We were not disappointed. Tully and his team were excellent and we are very happy with what has been done, it has turned out better than we could have hoped. We would have no hesitation in recommending his company.

To Fell 4x Ash trees (with TPO) wear ground level, cutting wood into logs and chipping waste. Tully explained the process of applying for permission to fell the trees before going ahead with the work. Tully and his team were professional and punctual in their approach to the job. They cut all the felled trees into logs and chipped the rest, leaving at desired site. They were tidy and completed the work on.

Felling a large Oak Tree, cutting the wood into logs and tidying the area after work was completed. I was really happy with the work Tully carried out. I chose him to do the work initially because he was knowledgeable when initially assessing the work to be undertaken and ensured that none of the nests in the trunk would be disturbed by the work.

On the day, Tully problem-solved well to ensure the job could go ahead. The work was carried out as promised and I was please with the results. The work was completed within the time outlined and the area was left neat and tidy.

From providing the quotation until after the work was completed our experience of Eastern Tree Care has been first class. This is not the first time we have used the services, nor will it be the last. Although the job had to be postponed due to gale force winds it was rearranged quickly with minimum disruption. The tree dismantled was very close to a large shed but the professional approach of the team meant there was never any danger to the structure. Thank you!

Felling of a large copper beech tree. A skilful and experienced tricky job felling a major tree with a few meters of my home. Welldone Fully! The work was explained and carried out without incident or fuss. Highly recommended

Fell a difficult Ash Tree. Well rotten in the stump, excessive crown growth, 60'' tall, located between the house and power lines.
Top out a Cedar tree, getting too large (planted in wrong place 55 years ago, but thriving well at reduced height) We simply asked for the Ash tree to be felled and the Cedar to be topped. We cleared up all the wood.
Eastern Tree Care did exactly what we requested enabling all the works to be completed in the day. The team worked in a very professional manner being very careful not to create any collateral damage.

The 60'' tall Ash tree was deemed unstable due to massive rot in the base of the stump. All the growth was in the crown and the weight of the tree lay towards the house. High voltage power lines ran on the other boundary.
Dan felled the tree away from the house and cleared the power lines by over 45'', even missed every plant in the garden below. (very accurate felling!)

Nick (volunteered?) to climb the Cedar tree and dismantle top down. About 20'' was removed from the top. Every branch was cut and carefully dropped so that not even the garden shrubs where damaged. Very cleverly carried out, and a long days work roped up in the tree!
This method of topping out was far more effective than 8 years ago when a different contractor used a powered access platform.

On annual Eastern Tree Care talked through the work with me and more and they carried out the work in good time. Consideration was given to the age of the peas tree and we agreed to take down the minimal amount in order to preserve the stage of the tree as well as life of the tree. The holly was is full leaf causing much debris but this was cleared away most satisfactorily. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Eastern Tree Care.
