Orlando (plus one) did a great job of cutting down and chipping a leylandii hedge on day one then stump grinding on day two. On both days they left the site immaculately tidy. Very happy with their work.

Dismantling of a willow tree and stump removal Orlando was prompt and considerate when quoting. I wanted to arrange for my mother''s willow tree to be dismantled but wasn''t sure about the stump removal. He explained the options and then quoted separately so I could choose.

The quote was reasonable and I went ahead. The neighbour kindly agreed for the vehicles to go on their driveway and a fence panel removed to enable easy access to the tree. Orlando and his colleagues were respectful of the neighbour and left the site as they found it.

On the day of the works, I asked if they could trim the front hedge as it required specialist tools. Orlando agreed to include this for no extra charge.

I asked about keeping some of the wood and they explained which pieces would be good for making logs. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We chose this company after looking at similar contractors in trusted traders. Very good email communication after initial telephone conversation. A fair quotation and definite time to carry out the work. The team arrived promptly and we were immediately impressed with the friendly and professional way they went about their business. They know what they are doing. The prune on the smaller tree was expertly carried out. The site was left tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

2 man team to climb and weight reduce 1 x Ash sympathetically to reduce chance of structural failure as well as removing large dead branches.
From the first phone call to Tully asking his advice and quoting for his services to make safe our Ash Tree, Tully impressed us with his knowledge on how to best care for the tree. Tully explained how the work would be performed and how the tree will look and behave after the work. Road safety was explained and his insurance was made clear to us.

When the work was being carried out, Tully was punctual and on time arriving at the time quoted. The 2 man team respected our wishes and property and ensured both they and us were safe at all times.

Our Ash tree has been worked very well, reducing a lot of weight and removing dead branches in a sympathetic manner. The tree looks superb now, lovely shape and the excessive ivy and other smaller tress have been removed further protecting the tree.

We can not thank Tully and his colleague enough. Both worked hard and above and beyond to ensure our property was left in the state it was before works were carried out.

We would not hesitate to contact Eastern Tree Services again and will be recommending them to friends and family for sure.

The removal of 5 tall poplar trees The Eastern Tree Care company provided an excellent service at a reasonable cost.
The work was to remove 5 very tall poplars close to buildings and it was done efficiently and professionally.
It has been very pleasant dealing with Tully who responded to all of my questions and inquiries.
All of the wood was removed as we had requested and the site was left in a clean condition.
I can fully recommend this company. This was a difficult job and it was carried out in a friendly manner and with expertise. We will certainly be using them again for other tree work.

Reshaping and pruning: an old apple tree, flowering cherry trees and other ornamental trees. The company were highly recommended to us by 2 sets of neighbours.
The work was well planned and executed in a safe and covid-safe way.
