Replaced sensor in Samsung fridge freezer. Very good service, technician was knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely recommend his service and use him again myself.

Call out to repair Hoover dishwasher Called Al out to repair dishwasher but unfortunately the problem was not what was expected from my description to him. He spent considerable time evaluating what the problem was and meantime asked if I had the 4 year free warranty that Hoover have on appliances, I checked and did have the warranty.

He left saying he would phone with price for part which he did but unfortunately I had telephoned Hoover regarding the 4 year cover and had booked in their engineer.

I informed Al of this when he phoned and he was pleased that it had all worked out ok. I would highly recommend this company
