Very prompt service. Washing machine was making grating sounds. Engineer replaced brushes on our Bosch machine. Problem quickly fix. Engineer fitted us in very quickly after first contact. The problem was soon identified and fixed with no fuss at a very reasonable price. Polite, clean and tidy service with some useful tips about care of a washing machine.

Replace door lock on Baumatic dishwasher.

Replaced ball valve in main water tank. The plumber was punctual, friendly and patient.
It was a pleasure to have him here.

Replace and mend mixer tap two cartridges. As usual with AL-polite, on time, clean and professional in all respects.

Fixed dish washes door changed belt and tumbledryer. Great worker. Friendly, tidy helpful. Would recommend.

Came to inspect washing machine, as not able to finish wash cycle. Very friendly, efficient and on time. I felt the cost was very fair, for the job he came out to do.

24-10-16. Visit to find fault. Repair washing machine. Machine deemed not viable for repair. No charge.
28-10-2016. Supply new washing machine and install. Take away old machine also advise on cooker needing new knobs I was very pleased with the service provided. This was the first time I had used the services of 'Domestic AL' and he spent some time trying to see if my machine could be repaired. I couldn't believe he said FOC as he couldn't repair it. He then offered to get a new one if I looked around to choose one. He then beat the price in stores and only charged £45 for labour to supply, fit and take away old one. He worked cleanly and was professional yet friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Replaced rubber door seal on Electrolux washing machine. Excellence worker no faults at all.

Replace clock/timer as both ovens will not light. Also check wiring etc. Very please with the company. The man knew what he was doing and got the cooker working again. Very good will no doubts use him again and will recommend to any body.

The job was done with no disruption and to an excellent quality.

Fridge (part of american style fridge/freezer) was icing up and not cooling properly. Alan rang back when he said he would also tried to help over the phone. Turned up on time and replaced part quickly and efficiently. Excellent all round.

Replacement of inlet hoses in my whirlpool washer (supplied by me via my son in the USA). This was Alan's latest visit to fix my washer. I have always found him very pleasant, efficient knowledgeable and his charges very fair. May I asked another tribute - to Norfolk trusted transfers, much appreciated by this aged window. I have recommended them to others in similar situations to me- I wish they'd been around 25 yrs. ago when I was 'had' by a couple of firms!!

Replacing pump/heating unit in Bosch dishwasher and checking that no other components were out of order. The work was carefully and conscientiously carried out. The process was explained and shown to me. Friendliness and consideration were outstanding. I am extremely pleased with everything that Mr.Miller did.
