Initially to identify fault on built in over. Ultimately sourced & fitted new oven, removing old one. I was kept informed throughout. Domestic AC went to a lot of trouble to find a replacement for the broken part, then gave recommendations for new oven including passing some savings on to me, when he purchased it. Took trouble to ensure I fully understood new appliance and pointed out how to double the guarantee. Wonderful service!

Supply and fit new heating element for indesit dishwasher. Good service, kept appraised of anticipated arrival of ordered part. Arrived at agreed time - good quality of work. Even cleaned fitter and now dishwasher better than before!

Repair a tumble drier. Where Alan Miller could not resolved the problem he sought help and was then able to go on to repair the machine himself.

Disconnected and removal old cooker. Delivered and fitted new cooker. Did necessary tests. Disposed of old cooker and rubbish. The man worked on his own. Was of clean and tidy appearance and had a pleasant manner. He was very thorough, friendly and helpful. I would recommend him.

Install gorenje integrated fridge freezer as supplied. I had accidentally dented my fridge freezer and there was a delay in getting a replacement from my insurance company. Domestic Al was very considerate of the circumstances I was in and found time to complete the installation. Excellent customer service and quality of work.

Detecting fault as to why dishwasher was leaking and then replace seal. Alan was very good in that he arrived when he said and rang if late. Sorted out the job explaining all charges and how much patient were.

Remove faulty fridge and install new fridge. The company ordered and delivered the new fridge. The company was very efficient and carried out the work in a very professional way.

Supply & fit replacement washing machine heater element. Excellent efficient service. Happy to recommend.

Diagnosis of problem and fitting new element to oven. Also fixed leading tap on sink but did not charge for this. My daughter recommended Alan, having employed him to fix her washing machine, because he does not charge a call out fee, (I got caught once by being charged £85 call out by a tradesman who told me I needed a new tumble dryer!!!) Alan was professional, friendly and courteous. He knew exactly what was causing the problem with my oven from the description I gave over the phone and arrived prepared with all the spare parts he needed. He even tested the electricity supply to the oven and fixed a leaking tap on the kitchen sink at no extra cost!

Purchase and installation of new washing machine. Removal of old machine. Very efficient, helpful, and pleased with the work carried out. I would certainly recommend him.
