Domestic Al

Installing new Bosch washing machine, removing old washing machine and taking away. Called same day as phone request, advised on type of washing machine was best for us. Rang to inform us as to price etc and then installation date and time, was prompt and efficient. Thelma Matthew.

Replaced oven element.

Bosch W/Machine and labour. Bosch washing machine installed – friendly and helpful. Service – grateful as I am fairy disabled.

Broken washing machine. He was on time, pleasant, explained what was wrong & cleared my conditioner water holes for nothing.

Removal integrated dishwasher and Prompt courteous service – always with a smile and a solution. We always feel that ‘Domestic Al’ is genuinely doing his best for us- a gem!

Replaced thermostat on our belling cooker. Mr. Miller was very friendly polite and very helpful. If we need any work like this in future I will definitely call him. (I have saved his number).

Fitted kitchen tap as suggested. Very pleasant man who did a splendid job. Will certainly call him again if we need any more jobs done.

Fitting of new integrated fridge in kitchen. Excellent service from the first visit, to check complaint of ex fridge and recommend a new fridge. Fitted and working within 3 days will use Domestic AL again.

Removed a broken dishwasher and took it away, replacing it with a new one. Good job, very tidy and machine is working well.

Replacement of timer on Beko oven. Engineer arrived at specified time and was quick and efficient.

Replacing capacitor on insignia washing machine. Brilliant job. Washing machine was a real nightmare to remove for access, but Alan managed to get it all sorted. So happy with work and repair!

Replace hinges to AEG built-under fridge. Very good, friendly service.

Replaced thermal fuse Alan responded to emails and was able to identify the problem quickly. He was on time, friendly, professional and got the job done quickly, without fuss.

His charge was also very reasonable. Alan is highly recommended and I''ll no doubt be calling on him again to repair my other appliances.

Wanted a new toilet fitted. Old one was unsatisfactory and had not been lucky in getting plumber. AL was great - he rang back and get a quote and kept his promises throughout. He fitted the new toilet, got new pot, drove to get a toilet as the one delivered was cracked and fitted it. AL was fantastic. When we discovered the toilet I had ordered was cracked, he helped me drive to the B&Q store, get a new one and still managed to install it the same day. He got a new pot as also needed. Very helpful. Kept price fixed, and kept to his promise which was important to me as had real problem getting a local plumber to do this job. Very impressed would use him again.

Replaced door seal on washing machine. Nice chap. Helpful & straightforward to deal with. Also replaced quickly by text. Very happy with his work & will use again for minor repairs.
