Alan went to another parts suppliers for me so he could get the part faster. This cost a bit extra but he advised me about the extra charge and gave me the choice before he ordered the part. He came when he said he would and mended my dishwasher.

AL examined my old washing machine and diagnosed a collapsed drive that was impractical to repair. Being an integrated machine, he advised a suitable replacement which I purchased from a major retailer and he then installed it to a very high standard- very pleased with service provided and would definitely use again if need arises.
