We were pleased and impressed by Alan who did exactly what he promised and repaired our washing machine quickly, tidily and for a very reasonable price. We will call him again when we need another repair.

Call out to repair Hoover dishwasher Called Al out to repair dishwasher but unfortunately the problem was not what was expected from my description to him. He spent considerable time evaluating what the problem was and meantime asked if I had the 4 year free warranty that Hoover have on appliances, I checked and did have the warranty.

He left saying he would phone with price for part which he did but unfortunately I had telephoned Hoover regarding the 4 year cover and had booked in their engineer.

I informed Al of this when he phoned and he was pleased that it had all worked out ok. I would highly recommend this company

Attend faulty fridge freezer, diagnose problem and fix if possible Unfortunately, the firm was unable to repair the problem, but recommended an alternative course of action. No callout charge was levied.
