Norfolk Trusted Trader

Norfolk Trusted Trader was originally launched in 2009 partnered with a third-party website. We invited Trusted Directory Services (TDS) to come up with a fresh look and feel based on their experience with Scotland Trusted Trader, and migrated to the new Norfolk Trusted Trader website in December 2022.

The migration was painless with TDS displaying a ‘can do’ attitude from day one ready to offer support at every step.

The increased functionality and reporting from the user friendly back office has drastically reduced the workload required from Trading Standards staff, with TDS delivering all the day to day administration, communications with traders and consumers, and handling basic and initial dispute resolution.

We are currently working with TDS to help build a marketing strategy and this will ensure the scheme grows from strength to strength.
