So friendly, quick and reliable 🙂 from the point of booking to the friendly person turning up to take my old stuff away.

Contacted and spoke with Aaron, was advised what the problem was and how much it'd cost to have it repaired. Quote came in the next morning at the exact amount Aaron said. Expected a 1-2 week wait for the repairs, got a call the next day saying they'd be here three days later. Jack & Toby showed up (super professional and nice guys)...even got to meet Opal Jacks' dog. By 2 pm the job was done. Rained over night...and NO LEAKS!!! with all the cowboys out there, if you have a roofing issue, I'd put them at the top of my go-to list. Thanks to all of the team!

Amazing work by the team, turned up on time, there was clarity in pricing and the work was executed as planned and agreed. I had a tree removed and another large tree shaped perfectly. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Earsham Lofts. Mark and Derek went above and beyond with our loft that had been incorrectly insulated and boarded out by a previous owner. Not only was it unsafe, if left, would have potentially caused us bigger issues in the future. Initial communication was great and I had their quotation soon after Mark visited to inspect the loft. In all fairness it was a horrible job that was simply too big for me to undertake myself. Plus I didn't have all the necessary equipment. They were incredibly thorough and took every precaution to ensure any dirt and dust didn't enter the into any other parts of the house. After they finished you wouldn't have known they'd even been here. They've taken a massive weight off my mind. Now I have a better insulated, safely boarded and correctly ventilated loft space. Very happy customer.
