Over the weekend we discovered a water leak outside - major stress! From the first phone call the following morning to Smart AIM we felt sure we'd made the right choice. The reassurance in that call alone was worth a million. The 2 engineers who came out later that day were brilliant. They worked efficiently and sorted the problem for us with a professional and friendly manner.

Oh and then the bill - that was a lovely surprise!

We can highly recommend Point Roofing. Their work ethic, quality and value for money were all excellent. Our house was built eleven years ago but we have had constant problems with the roof. Bits of pointing have been falling off on a regular basis and we agreed with the Point Roofing team that it would be more effective and visually pleasing to renew the whole ridge. It looks fantastic now and two of our neighbours have already remarked on it and asked for Point Roofing's details. We were very impressed with the service provided by the whole team. They did everything they could to reduce the cost and ensure the job was well done and within the agreed timescale. Adam always kept us informed of when they were coming and they turned up as expected. Although the job was more complicated(they found lots of faults with broken tiles and missing batons), for example) than originally specified, they managed to deliver to the agreed project timescales and costs. Josh and his team were pleasant to have around and worked extremely hard in the very hot weather.

My boiler was not firing up and I had a problem with my hive app. The engineers were sent out and addressed the faults without a problem. I found the guys very helpful, amiable and professional and I will be using Green Heat again. I would highly recommend them.

Ian came in to do a Site Survey for us, his wealth of knowledge was recognisable straight away and gave us confidence in the service. The level of detail provided with site mapping and individual tree analysis was amazing and would recommend to others who are unsure about the requirements of looking after different types and sizes of trees.

The oil tank replacement team, two gentlemen, were professional, hard working and extremely pleasant.
