Absolutely brilliant, I cannot rate Frank and Matthew highly enough. Frank visited beforehand to quote and then returned before the installation to make sure I was happy with everything. For the installation they have fitted everything at such a high standard, they gave great advice and kept me updated throughout. They are tidy, leaving my property clean as they found it. They removed and disposed of the old suite which was great. We have had lots of building work done over the years and Aquafix stand out as the best tradesmen we have used. They didn’t try to add on work for the sake of it and gave genuine advice. There were a few small hurdles (as always) but they just resolved them as it went along.
We have some indoor cats and they were very respectful of this, making sure they didn’t escape. They are really friendly and approachable, something important to me when having people in my home.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Aquafix again and definitely recommend them.

The team at A R Smart Systems made this whole process seamless and stress free from the outset. Following a comprehensive survey of the property and the areas of particular interest to us for coverage we were given time to discuss and understand the technologies and processes with Al. His approach to translate these complex and technical systems into lay terms was essential for us to make an informed decision going forward.

After receiving a detailed schedule of works and a quote to instal the system, we agreed the start date.

A R Systems arrived on time on the day of installation and after a conversation about the process, they were underway.

I have to praise the diligence, courtesy and professionalism of A R Systems whilst working in our property, on a personal level, Al was nothing but warm, friendly and polite throughout the installation process and his dedication to his chosen career is nothing short of remarkable. His work ethic is admirable, taking great care with the challenges an Elizabethan property creates.

Once the installation was complete, we were given a tutorial of how to use the system in great detail - Even I could get to grips with this!
A R Systems then left our property and apart from the now present, perfectly positioned and sensitively fitted cameras there were no signs of anyone having undertaken this complex installation, both the interior and exterior of our property had been treated with the upmost respect.

The system is astonishingly crisp and comprehensive with both picture and audio capture. The functionality is more than we could have hoped for and the access from mobile devices makes this so simple to use.

We are hugely grateful to A R Systems for providing us with a first class service from initial contact to installation and then beyond with peace of mind from the support they offer.

Rob recently installed a new EV charger for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

He carried out the initial survey thoroughly and explained clearly what work was needed and why. On the agreed date, he returned to complete the installation, had everything up and running within a few hours, and walked me through the setup process. He even contacted the charger manufacturer directly to help resolve an issue with the apps used to manage the system.
