Excellent service from start to finish. I had a Mitsubishi unit installed in the bedroom. What looked like a tricky job having to access through the loft, was handled with no problem at all. Very professional and courteous throughout

Our air to water heat exchange unit needed repair. A very reasonable call out charge, diagnosis and then repair. Staff excellent, customer relations top drawer. A delightful find in this day and age.

Identified probable electrical fault with LG Monobloc, ordered two parts, fitted one - it worked - and didn't charge me for the other. Efficient, punctual, friendly, fast. I wish they were in Norfolk, but still very reasonable and worth every penny. Thank you Olive Air!
