I have used Olive Air several times and most recently for work on an air source heat pump system. I have always found them to be helpful and knowledgeable and I’m very happy with their services.

Olive Air serviced our domestic air source heat pump last week and did a fantastic job. Communications with their office were a pleasure as they were incredibly efficient and quick to respond with all the information I needed. Their engineer arrived exactly on time and was really friendly and professional. He did a very thorough job and kept me informed of what he was doing and the condition of all aspects of our heating system. I recommend Olive Air 100%, a great local company.

Recently had our heat pump’s annual service carried out by Olive Air. As usual, we found the engineer to be friendly, efficient and helpful . He was very knowledgeable and provided further advice on other issues regarding pipework etc. We are delighted to recommend Olive Air.

We could not change a setting on our Nibe Ground Source Heat Pump control panel; Autumn to Winter, so someone popped in and demonstrated how this was possible. Excellent service.

Josh completed a service on my air source heat pump. We had a banging pipe since we moved into our house, despite the plumber coming back on at least four occasions it has never been right , still very noisy when the hot tap turned on. Josh seems to have solved the problem which he did as part of the service, excellent!!!

We had to have a emergent repair to our air source heat pump system. Tom was promptly out to look at our fault, which was quickly diagnosed and a repair quote provided. The work was booked in within a week and carried out with the usual professionalism I've come to expect from Tom and his team. Our system is now running better than ever. I have no reservations about booking Olive Air to carry out repairs and servicing to our system, and can't recommend them enough. Many thanks.

Tom was great and knowledgeable. He came on the same day and spent a lot of time making sure he knew what the problem with our air source heat pump was, even checking in after his inital visit. The work carried out was excellent and we haven't had any problems since. We will definitely use Olive Air Ltd again.

We have now used Olive Air twice to install 3 AC units in total. Very professional from Joanna in Admin who keeps you well informed through the process. very quick to respond annd follow up on any points / issues etc. Install was undertaken on a weekend and the work was done with perfection and pride. Tom and his colleague were great at the work, informative and friendly.
