Very neat and tidy installation of air conditioning system with a minor teething problem quickly resolved - thoroughly recommended, so much so that we arranged for them to service our heat pump.

About 4 years age had an Air Source Heat Pump installed by an Ipswich based company. Since then we have had difficulty finding a company to carry out the annual service, then we found Oliveair.

From the error code provided, Tom organised the spare part and once it was received from the manufacturer he was back in contact to arrange a date to fit it. He gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way, it was so nice to have someone do exactly what they said they would do and on the day agreed with no chasing. Would definitely use again.

We have used Olive Air for our ‘air pump’ service for several years now. The team are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. They have also been responsive when we had a problem with a valve leaking one evening. Tom went above and beyond to get it fixed.
