Annual service to my air source heat pump system. Annual reminder was e-mailed through in a timely manner. When the appointment was booked in, it was clearly stated all parts and pricing if anything needed doing. The engineer arrived on time on the date booked and was very pleasant and courteous throughout the appointment. He was mindful of the property and carried out the service in a timely fashion. Once he had completed the service he advised that everything was in order.

This is the second time I have used Olive Air; I was let down by the manufacturer of the system that I have and then had to source another provider. When I found Olive Air and saw they dealt with the system I have, my initial contact was replied to promptly and all costings were advised.

I have no hesitation in recommending Olive Air.

We needed a heating system for a large room. We decided to entrust Olive Air Ltd with an air-to-air install and our decision was greatly influenced by the customer reviews on their website. We were concerned about the lack of an agreed design plan. We had a very pleasant experience when dealing pre-contract with the administration team and this continued when the installation team were on site. Everyone worked hard throughout the project to deliver high customer satisfaction standards and the installation team used their various skills and considerable experience to advantage over long hours to ensure everything was right first time. There were no concerns about design planning and control and a personal visit to us from the managing director after the event to discuss our satisfaction levels was appreciated, was very valuable and mutually beneficial. A number of opprtunities for improvement were indentified, considered, discussed and several are now being adopted. A continuous improvement policy was established and is now being implemented. This business may be safely recommended to do a good job at fair value and, a huge bonus, they do it with enthusiasm.

Brilliant work, service and support. I’ve absolutely no issue in totally recommending these guys. I’ve had 2 Aircon units fitted and supplied and each time the OliveAir guys were superb!
