Westminster Blinds recently supplied and fitted Perfect Fit cellular pleated blackout blinds for our garden room. From the initial visit through to the fitting around eleven weeks later, the communication was excellent, and Claire was always available if we had any questions. Adam carried out the installation, and although one blind had been cut slightly incorrectly, this was resolved within about a week with no inconvenience to us. We are very pleased with both the product and the service. Westminster Blinds have a great team, and their pricing is very competitive, so we would happily recommend them.

We have recently completed both the Canine First Aid and Talk Dog – Canine Body Language courses with the Ipswich Dog Trainer, and we honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

The courses are extremely well structured, with a fantastic balance of theory, practical sessions and open conversation. The practical elements in particular really helped bring the learning to life, while being able to discuss different situations, ask questions and share experiences made the courses engaging and easy to understand.

The Canine First Aid course has given us greater confidence in recognising and responding to emergencies, while the Talk Dog canine body language course has been invaluable in helping us understand what dogs are communicating through their body language, including subtle signs of stress, discomfort and escalation.

As owners of a pet services company, caring for dogs is at the heart of everything we do. The knowledge and confidence we have gained from these courses will directly benefit the dogs in our care and help us provide an even safer, more informed and individual approach to every dog we look after.

We particularly value how much emphasis is placed on understanding the individual dog rather than simply looking at behaviour on the surface. This is especially important when working with puppies, nervous dogs, reactive dogs and dogs with different social needs.

Investing in our education is something that is extremely important to us, and these courses have genuinely helped us develop both personally and professionally.
