Chris provided help & guidance on our initial telephone conversation and was able to schedule the installation quickly.

On installation day, Chris and his colleague were amazing. Not only did they get Starlink up and running efficiently, but they also resolved a number of wiring issues with the Ethernet cabling and also helped me set up the WiFi mesh. Really knowledgeable and helpful - couldn’t be more pleased.

Abbie from Polyspiral updated my website and put it onto a more user friendly platform. Now I can make changes to the content myself. I found Abbie extremely knowledgeable and straight forward in all our communications. She was proficient in her work and went the extra mile when some problems with the old website became apparent. She was very helpful and explained to me patiently and in plain English how to work with the new website settings. I am glad that she offers continuing support and feel reassured that I can contact her whenever I experience a problem.

Arron came and fixed my Mum's backdoor lock that was sticking. He gave a full explanation after investigating the problem and gave a price before commencing work. Carried out the job efficiently, leaving everything neat and tidy. Glad to have found him on this site and pleased we got the issue sorted swiftly before the lock broke completely and it became an emergency. Would thoroughly recommend.
