Excellent work throughout - in the design and installation of a new soakaway with further work on guttering and pipes.

Karl and Brandon replaced my old (38 years) Glow-worm boiler for a new Baxi one, replaced the pump and the three way valve. Job was done within the day and has been working well for a week now. The stopcock for the cold water was leaking when the water was turned off which they replace FOC. The loft tank was cleaned and the rads flushed. All rubbish was removed and cleaned up after. Both guys were professional and polite.
The system is working well and the house is warm again. With the new pump it's also much quieter than it's even been, I don't know when it on.
I would thoroughly recommend Thackery Heating and would definitely use them again.

Both Carl and April went above and beyond to diagnose and rectify our Range Rover automatic gearbox issue, where other garages had failed. The extra time and effort they put in researching a solution for us ended up saving us a substantial amount to what we had originally thought. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and a more than fairly priced service. Would highly recommend. Also a shout out to Brad’s Recovery who was brilliant all round in swiftly recovering our vehicle from Norwich to Lowestoft. Many thanks again to all involved.

The UK Carpet Care representative was prompt and on time. Set about the task of cleaning our lounge/diner carpet without any fuss. He was diligent, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely no qualm of using the company again.

Great value for money. The team attended site promptly to provide a quote and were efficient and professional throughout. Annual Maintenance of intruder alarm system.

I have used Olive Air several times and most recently for work on an air source heat pump system. I have always found them to be helpful and knowledgeable and I’m very happy with their services.
