Excellent Communications right from the beginning, and booking was very easy and straightforward.

On the day the company arrived on time, were very friendly, polite and respectful. Gio took the time to explain the processes of all aspects of the work that needed to be carried out, and made sure I was completely happy before he began and also checked again on completion.

My sofas were particularly stained (with unexplainable things that young children like to wipe/draw with) and now they are like brand new!! My dining room chairs are now immaculate as well as my living room floor rug which is also now unrecognisable.

I would highly recommend this company if you are considering getting anything professionally cleaned!

I burnt my lounge carpet from embers from my wood burner leaving it crispy. and black .
Rob did a mon excellent job - you would never know it had been burnt .

After several recommendations of Rob from uk carpet care I decided to get my stairs landing bedroom carpets cleaned. My daughters was covered in make up fake tan spilt drinks and a green smoothie, yuk! Carpets came up like new. Rob had loads of different equipment and was so professional. I had used a good cleaner before but the carpets felt softer underfoot almost like no residue was left after rob had cleaned them. They were also pretty much dry. I will definitely be using again and recommending to my clients. The cost was ridiculously good value also.
