Marshall Gas Ltd was founded in 2011 by Steve and Jo Marshall, a husband and wife who had both come out of the armed forces. Fifteen years on the company works on gas, oil and air conditioning for domestic and commercial customers from its own premises in Ipswich. Trust has always been the foundation of the business, so joining the Trusted Trader scheme felt like a natural fit.

We loved the idea of a trustworthy scheme, backed by the council, and being Trading Standards Approved has done exactly what we hoped. We have found the scheme has made us more visible to customers, promoting Lumberjacks as a trustworthy business that provides quality materials and a proper service.

Our growth since then has been significant. We now run five vans, work alongside a number of trusted specialist subcontractors and have a full time office team of four supporting our customers.
