Team recycled some old copper pipes from a decommissioned solar heating system. Paid a fair price and advised on how to separate the metal to get best value. Bank transfer done on the spot and paperwork provided.

My dishwasher stopped heating up the water and the service company came out to find a faulty control panel. The replacement dishwasher was ordered, delivered and fitted. I contacted Trading Paynes and agreed to leave the faulty one outside my house and he collected the next morning as agreed. Simple straightforward, good service.

Having a tumble dryer and bag of scrap metal I needed to get rid of, I contacted Trading Paynes scrap metal and they got back to me the next day. They arranged for collection within 3 days. The scrap was collected from my back garden as I wasn’t there at the time. Saved me a trip to the HWRC.

A very useful, free service for anyone with some unwanted scrap metal needing to be disposed of. Also beneficial for the environment as it reduces the need for mining virgin ore(s). Recommended.
Do not leave your scrap metal in view of a public highway - there are unlicensed traders out there as well!
