I initially reached out to Andy, who way away on holiday at the time. He requested me to call him back the following week. Although I couldn't connect with him during my first attempt, he promptly returned my call, providing excellent customer service.
From the moment we spoke, I knew I was dealing with a true professional. Andy is fully licensed and insured for scrap metal collection.

I found Trading Paynes on-line as I had an old washing machine and some other scrap bits that needed to be collected.
Andy explained to me that he was fully licenced and insured to collect which I have to admit put my mind at ease straight away as I knew it would be dealt with in the right way.
His communication was excellent and he gave me an estimated time of arrival which made my life easier as I could plan my day around this.
When I met him he was polite and got on with the job in hand quickly and effectively. He offered a fast service and I found him to be extremely reliable.
