Drains blocked and found Norfolk Drain Services Ltd in our local directory that confirmed they were a Trusted Trader.
Friendly reception when phoning the company. They were honest and confirmed that they couldn't fit us in that day but would phone the following lunchtime to confirm when they could visit over the next two days. As promised, received a call the following lunchtime and asked if an engineer could visit in the next 30 minutes. Engineer arrived with a polite and friendly manner.
Explained the process he would use and cleaned the blockage in main manhole drain. Also cleaned other drains next to the house. Work expedited very quickly and left site clean and tidy.

Had Marcus one of the engineers out for very bad blockage in downstairs toilet....he was very friendly and patient as it took alot of exploration to find the crucial manhole .
He was able to discover it was located under the shed ( not my doing😁) helped get to it and was able to carry out the work....went above and beyond and still kept his humour!

Had a problem with an overflowing downpipes as drain to soakaway blocked with roots. NDS installed new pipework. This involved digging through a brick weave drive, all put back together very well.

Came to property to identify any issues with drains. Clear on problems and solutions. Felt he took a thorough approach too.

Connecting of outside drains to correct failed drainage to designated places and soak away. in one case there was no connection to the manhole at all.
