We had a blocked drain. Phoned at 0930 and drained unblocked by 1230. Extremely professional. The two guys who turned up introduced themselves by name and were very knowledgeable and friendly too. We wouldn’t hesitate is using them again and will definitely recommend to friends and colleagues. It’s so nice to know customer service is still alive!

Clear blocked drain, associated with upstairs bathroom downpipe downstairs kitchen sink & outside drains. This was a higher cost than usual due to engineer attending out of hours. This was explained before work agreed. Engineer attended on same day I called the company, at the agreed time. Completed work in agreed timespan. Staff on phone & on site very polite, helpful & reassuring. Work completed & I was allowed to pay next day by card over the phone. Very satisfied with service & cost considered reasonable. All work explained to me. Thank you.

Clear a blocked surface, roof water drain. Prompt arrival at time advised and early date for work to be done. Very efficient & polite engineer.

Cleared blocked drain at front of bungalow. Also cleaned out drain & grid. Checked & lifted main manhole drain. Cleared out & removed all debris, grease & fat. Pressure rodded blockage. Cleaned surrounding area & left drain in full working order. I was most impressed with the technician who attended on 2 March to clear a drain leading off my kitchen. He was very polite & helpfully reassuring. I apologised that he had to clear such a horrible job. He proceeded in a quick & efficient manner in spite of the horribly cold day. I have only lived here 3 1/2 years, but he said what he cleared was well over 3 ½ years worth of debris, more like 15 or 16 which was a great relief as I am careful not to put greases or fats down the sink anyway. In my opinion Shawn is a great asset to your company. I will have no hesitation in highly recommending the company in the future.

First class and resolved the problem within an hour in a professional manner. A 100% polite and effective tradesman who cleanly knew what he was doing. He was supported (by what offered to me) as modern and efficient equipment. The problem and solution to a blocked drainage pipe were quickly resolved with the work and out comes being fully explained.

Blocked main drain,:- Removed roots and scale from blocked manhole, high pressure hosed, attend to two further manholes and removed roots tested to ensure blockages removed. Finally hoped down to ensure site left clean and tidy. Quick, efficient, professional service, carried out by a very competent, cheerful operative. Excellent

Attended site & reviewed from fitted out pipes/drains at new dug out soak away and reinstate pipe/soak away etc. Refitted drains to get full from cleared up. Happy with work carried out. Very professional and friendly. Reasonable cost for work carried out.

To unblock our toilet! Having not used a drain company before. We contacted three companies & compared them to see who would give us the best price & service. (Service being the main concern). We chose Norfolk Drains & they didn't disappoint. Shaun arrived & was quickly on the case even finding the manhole which was in our neighbours garden. Within an hour he had unblocked our toilet & double checked to make sure everything was OK. Working practices were explained as & when required by Shaun who we found to be very competent & friendly. Overall, very pleased with Norfolk Drains.

To fault find drainage issue, resolve & clear the problem & recommend a long term solution. I contacted Norfolk Drains via email & they responded promptly. The price was fair. I was most impressed once the guy came to the house. Very courteous, took his shoes off, methodically found & resolved the problem & then explained everything. I would be more than happy to recommend. I am in the service industry myself & I would be exceptionally pleased to have staff like that.

Clear main drain blockage. (Turned out to be at point where property’s drain meets public main drain). Work included investigating and locating blockage as well as clearing it. Excellent service all round. Office staff very helpful and efficient on first contact. Offered to arrange same day visit and technician arrived within 2/3 hours having rung ahead as agreed. Technician himself was both friendly and plainly good at his job – explained what he was doing and what to look out far in future. Clearing a blockage at the bottom of a five post hole full to the brick with filthy water can’t be fun, but he did it cheerfully & speedily!

Two visits to clear blocked drain to carry out CCTV survey of drain. Having moved into the property a couple of weeks before I explained I was completely unfamiliar with drains. Blockage was cleared easily on both occasions. However on both was told the drains ran in Northerly direction and blockages well and truly on neighbours land. This was further confirmed by report.

Subsequently discovered as completely inaccurate as drains ran Westerley and further chamber in my garden. This co did not even attempt to find. Report worthless - the company's conversation with neighbours pointless and Co director not interested in my complaint. Stated when/if they dug up the drains they would realise where they went.

To unblock a sewer drain and retrieve broken drain rod. The engineer really put himself out to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible – which is what he achieved. He was prepared to go the extra mile – it was necessary to put head down inspection chamber – not a very pleasant option!
