My mother had a blocked toilet which she was very worried about and after I had called them they came out the same afternoon. From the lady on the phone to the 2 gentlemen that visited I can't give enough praise. They were courteous and efficient and very understanding. They sorted everything out in a very short space of time and gave us some helpful advice too.

Had a problem with an overflowing downpipes as drain to soakaway blocked with roots. NDS installed new pipework. This involved digging through a brick weave drive, all put back together very well.

Came to property to identify any issues with drains. Clear on problems and solutions. Felt he took a thorough approach too.

Connecting of outside drains to correct failed drainage to designated places and soak away. in one case there was no connection to the manhole at all.

From start to finish my experience with this family business was good.
The receptionist, who was efficient, patient and reassuring, took time to answer all my questions and explain the usual procedure for dealing with with the problem and the costs.
Lee and Thomas arrived on time for the appointment, explained what they were going to do, carried out the CCTV survey while I watched, as they explained what was showing up.
They gave me a written report stating what needed to be done.
Following this, they left in a friendly understanding way to give me time to consult with family and insurance.
They returned 10 days later at my request to carry out the remedial work in the same polite, professional manner, left the site as tidy as they had found it and produced a second report of work carried out.
I would recommend this business and certainly use them again if needed.

We had a blocked drain. Phoned at 0930 and drained unblocked by 1230. Extremely professional. The two guys who turned up introduced themselves by name and were very knowledgeable and friendly too.
