Two visits to clear blocked drain to carry out CCTV survey of drain. Having moved into the property a couple of weeks before I explained I was completely unfamiliar with drains. Blockage was cleared easily on both occasions. However on both was told the drains ran in Northerly direction and blockages well and truly on neighbours land. This was further confirmed by report.

Subsequently discovered as completely inaccurate as drains ran Westerley and further chamber in my garden. This co did not even attempt to find. Report worthless - the company's conversation with neighbours pointless and Co director not interested in my complaint. Stated when/if they dug up the drains they would realise where they went.

Clearing blocked drains toilets & urinals regularly. Always efficient & speedy service. Always aware of needs of the school timings & need for rapid response.

To unblock a sewer drain and retrieve broken drain rod. The engineer really put himself out to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible – which is what he achieved. He was prepared to go the extra mile – it was necessary to put head down inspection chamber – not a very pleasant option!

Unblocking of all exterior drains. Prompt & thorough service by friendly, helpful engineer.
